𝙱𝚕𝚞𝚎𝚋𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚜 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝙵𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚜𝚒𝚊𝚜

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟒: 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤

It was still too cold to be outside, Jade and Valeria stayed inside the great hall and played with Skunk. Jade catches Val up on what the three had found.

"So they still think Snapes after it?" Valaria said exasperated.

Jade nodded. "Those Gryffindors I swear- They always hate snape. But at least we know what Fluffy's guarding.'' Valaria sighed.

The three Gryffindors came into the hall. Skunk climbed into Val's bag, finding a shiny penny to play with.

"Speak of the Devils..." she mumbled.

"Hey! How did the Quidditch match go?" Valaria asked. Ron spoke up.

"Not only did we win!" Jade sank a little, rooting for Hufflepuff but still happy for Harry.

"But, I also gave Malfoy a Black eye! Neville even tried to take Crabb and Goyle!" Ron glowed. Both the girls smiled at that.

"Nice Ron!" Valeria said lightly punching Ron's arm.

"And... I saw Snape threatening Quirrell!" Harry whispers.

"So you mean the Stone's only safe as long as Quirrell stands up to Snape?" said Hermione in alarm.

"It'll be gone by next Tuesday," said Ron.

"Snape is not trying to steal the stone." Valaria said irritably.

"OH yeah? Name 5 reasons why?" Ron replied, still very set on his guess.

"One, he's a teacher Two, Dumbledore trusts him enough to let him teach Three, Hagrid, multiple times, said that he was innocent. Four, If the teachers are in on protecting it then he's probably one, and Five, you just hate him because he hates Gryffindor. Boom, five reasons." Valeria listed as she crossed her arms and Ron huffed. "Now if you excuse us. We need to go to Hagrids." she said.

[In potions]

"Today we will create a potent Herbicide. Do not let one drop find its way to the Greenhouses. Watch closely." Snape said as he walked around looking at the student's cauldrons.

"Professor Snape..." Jade raised her hand.

"Yes Ms.Sanchez."

"Do you think that if we add more Horklump Juice that it will become less intense?"

"Like more of a weed killer?" Valeria added.

Snape thought for a moment.

"I don't know... Do you two want to find out?" Jade and Val smiled and nodded.

"Very well, Ms.Sanchez, and Ms.Cerulean. Since you two are ahead. I will give you this class to experiment. Try not to kill anyone." The girls squeal and start rambling about what they could experiment on.

[Small time skip]

"And..." Valaria started as she waved her wand. "Done! If we did this right, this potion will be less of a Herbicide and more like a weed killer. Now to test it..." she said while she wipes her hands with a cloth.

"Um... let's tell Snape before we do anything stupid." Jade suggested.

"Oh, come on." Valeria groaned.

"What if it ends up being worse than Herbicide? Professor!" Jade told the rebellious Slytherin, raising her hand Snape walked over, looking at the potion that the two made. "We were wondering if there was a way to Safely test it."

"Mmm... " Professor Snape thought for a second. "There's no harm in testing it right now" He flicked his wand and a small plant came over to the three.
