Something Precious

A girl hiding behind a couch.. closing her mouth by her hands and continuously crying...trying to not make any noise...she is hiding herself from someone who is searching for her in a dark house...

“Babydoll....my Babydoll... where are you...???”

“You can’t hide from me...I will find you soon..”

The footsteps are getting closer to her...her heart was beating fast and she is praying to God to save her...

“Babydoll...you belong to me now...come to me fast..or else you will get punishment if I found you..”

She closed her eyes tightly...her tears are running down her cheeks...she is hoping that she couldn’t get found...but suddenly...

“CAUGHT YOU...”

Roselie woke up from her nightmare and started breathing heavily...she sat immediately on bed and look around...she is in Aiden’s room...she realised that it was just a dream..

It’s late night..she calmed herself...she was sweating and her heart is beating fast...

Roselie: nightmare...it was just a nightmare...
She picked up her phone and dialled a number...

Ring...

Ring...

Roselie: mom...??

Nicole (Her mother): what happened dear...?? Are you alright..? You called this late..tell me Roselie...

Roselie: m...mom I..I got that nightmare again..

Nicole: Roselie...it was just a nightmare.. nothing is going to happen dear...tell me...Did anything happened recently...are you stressed...

Roselie: (if I tell mom about yesterday incident..she will be worried) n.. nothing mom...I just missed you a lot..

Nicole: don’t worry dear I am coming next weekend to meet you...now get back to sleep ok..

Roselie: how can I sleep now...I am scared...

Nicole: remember i told you whenever you feel scared hold something which is precious to you..than you won’t be scared...come on..now sleep ok

Roselie: ok mom..love you bye

Nicole: bye dear love you...

Call Cut.....

No matter how much she tried but she can't sleep...her mother told her to sleep holding something but she has nothing with her because she is in Aiden’s home...

She got up from the bed and walk out from the room...she was thinking about where is Aiden...he must be sleeping...

She is walking in a hallway...when she looked at a door which is little opened...out of curiosity she peeked inside...she saw it’s a study room...

Aiden was slept in his chair while holding a open file..a table lamp was only lighten.. Roselie get inside the room...

It is also a huge room like others...she slowly went near Aiden without making any noise... He was in deep sleep...maybe he was tired that’s why he slept while reading his file...

Roselie picked up the file and put it on table...she saw Aiden face who was sleeping peacefully in such position..his handsome face is looking memorising...a small smile comes on her lips..

She sat down on ground near his left leg..she is looking at him feeling peace... Roselie leaned her head on his knees..she feel protective near her Tiger...right now she have only him who is precious to her...

Her eyes started to become heavy and she sleep there...

The night turns down and a new days welcomes the sun in the morning...the sunrays come inside the study room from the glass windows and fall on Aiden’s face..waking him up...

AIDEN

Roselie was sleeping in my room..so I thought to do some leftover works in my study... I don’t know when I slept while reading a file...

In the morning...the sunrays hit my face disturbing my sleep...I slowly open my eyes and realised that I slept here...

I felt something on my leg..I looked down and saw Rose was sleeping keeping her head on my leg..I got surprised...

She was sleeping in my room..than how she ended up here...and why she is sitting on the floor...it must be cold.. she didn’t wake me up...

I place my hand on her head and caressing her..and try to wake her up...

Aiden: Rose...Rose...wake up..

She started moving her head...I think she is waking up now...she slowly opened her eyes and looked at me..my hand was still on her head..I smiled at her she looked at me with her puppy eyes...she blinked few times and opened her eyes wide...why she is so adorable..

Aiden: Rose..why you sleep like this..

Roselie: sorry Tiger...I got a nightmare and I was scared...I called my mom also she told me to do this...

She was rubbing her eyes and speaking in sleeping voice...I can’t stop smiling at her..

Aiden: why your mom told you to sleep like this...

Roselie: mom told me if I am scared than hold something which is precious to me...

I was amazed by listening to her..she didn’t realised what she said...

Aiden: so..... That means I am precious to you..

Roselie: hmmm....

She looked at me and after few seconds her eyes become wide...reality hits her...I raised my eyebrows with a sweet smile...

Roselie: umm...I..I mean..umm..I was scared so..so I try to...I mean I was looking for you..but you were here and in deep sleep.. so..so I don’t want to disturb you...and I also become sleepy so I just slept...

she kept her head low to hide her red face and biting her lips...she is so embarrassed..I started laughing after listening her excuse...I held her chin lightly and raise her face up to look at me... I bent down a little to look into her eyes...

Aiden: Liar....you just called me precious now you can’t take that word back...

She is blinking her eyes and biting her lips...

Aiden: Rose...go and get fresh before I lose my control...

She got up immediately and run out from the room and I started laughing looking her like that...I don’t know how long I will keep control myself...

She was talking about her nightmare...I will ask her later...she must be stressed..no matter how much she smile...but her eyes tell something else...
