Tried to hide all my emotions,
while you chased your dreams.
Loving you was my sweetest devotion,
cherishing you to the extremes.
We used to get along quite well,
but then you said that this love is going down the wrong way.
I felt like someone cast a spell,
feeling this could be yet another cliche.
This love fell like a house of cards
and you sent me all your kind regards.
My heart kept burning in these hot flames,
hoping you weren't playing with me again.
The towers of love have crumbled, with no remains,
but after all, I still say amen.
I still remember our first date,
when we laughed 'till the morning light.
Oh god, the moment you smiled was great,
It was such a delight.
This love fell like a house of cards
and you sent me all your kind regards.
I still wonder, why have you vanished,
while I gave you the best of me.
My guess is that you panicked
and decided to flee.
