Jim's POV: as I slam my locker in the hallway, I saw emery approach me. She probably didn't have anything important to say anyway because her locker was near mine anyway, so I went along minding my own business but I desperately wanted to ask her something, and it was urgent.
Jim: uhm emery, I put my arm on the back of my neck, are you gonna be at the basketball game tonight. I'm on the team you know, so I was wondering if you'd wanna go watch me play.
She slammed her locker and crossed her arms,
Emery: I'll see if I'll be able to make it, no promises alright?
Jim: 'Kay see ya there.Emery: bro I told you it was a 50/50 chance I'd be going to the game.
I saw he was waking away when he chuckled quietly.Emery: since when did I get on Jim Carrolls good side? I rolled my eyes and the thought quickly slipped my mind and headed for class for the rest of the day.
