DURK...

Calista waved to the camera, as she was escorted to the podium.

"Please state your name."

"My full name? Or?."

"Full." Mr. Porter ordered.

"Calista Saudi Katz."

"Will the witness please stand to be sworn in by the bailiff?." Judge Tamar Stewart asked.

"Please raise your right hand. Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?." Mr. Porter said.

"I do."

Mr. Porter pulled the Bible from under Calista's hand.

Calista at down, she looked at the mic, then at Taylor who stood up, and, walked toward her.

"How are you doing today, Ms. Katz?." He asked.

"Good" Calista excitedly responded.

"Please state your name to the court."

"Calista Katz."

"You're a witness from that, fancy Sauvage Restaurant, correct?."

"Correct."

"Fuck." Durk mumbled.

"And how do you know Mr. Gaulden?."

"I don't know him honestly, but, I saw him kissing another man." She admitted.

"And can you point to where that man is now?."

Calista quickly rose her index finger, and, pointed at Durk.

"Man, hell nah, I'd be damned." Kentrell said.

The crowd echoed soft laughter.

"Language, Mr. Gaulden." Judge Tamar Stewart demanded.

Kentrell smacked his lips.

"Continue. Please."

"What else did you see besides that?."

"Just them flirting, and, kissing, and, getting handsy--." Calista said.

"Objection!." Blake shouted.

"Overruled."

"Can you describe what clothes they were wearing?."

"Not really, it was a little dark in there, so it was hard to tell."

"Okay, that's all, thank you Ms. Katz."

Calista nodded her head.

"Piece of shit." Isabella mumbled, as Taylor went to go sit back down. Blake immediately rose, and, made his way toward the podium. He pulled on his tie. Irritation on his face.

"So, you say it was a little dark in there, right?." Blake asked, he noticed she was wearing prescribed glasses. "Hard to tell?."

"Yes."

"How far was your table from there's?."

"Like across the room, they were on the other side, I was on the other side."

"Was there any time in those hours, where you just took your glasses off? Whether to clean the lens, or, just massage your eyelids?."

"Yes."

"Okay, were you also drinking at that time?."

"Objection! He's leading the witness!." Shannon said.

"Overruled."
