THE LITTLE GIRL

Chapter One

TAYLOR'S POV:

"Get up solider! On your feet right now!" The guard yell.
I got up from the cold floor of my cell while the guard opened the door and pushed me out.

I was already used to this, being woken up like that, the guards taking me to places I don't really know. I know what will happen if I'll resist, so I just learned not to fight back.

The guard led me to the lad, a place I know all too well. A place where I would spent days and nights crying from the pain, from the big needles I was always afraid of. That place is what made me what I am today. A monster.

That's what Pierce used to call me, a monster. A monster with no control over her powers. A monster that would kill anyone if they'll just tell her too.

I got my powers 59 years ago, when they woke me up from the "ice sleep" they put me on when I was 7 back in 1932. That's how they used to call it. They found some sort of energy source, and put me in it. When I was there I saw a big ball of light, but when I touched it everything went black.
I woke up 2 days later, and started learning how to control my powers. That didn't go as planned.
I blew out the old base and was put moved to the base in Sokovia, there they put me in the "ice sleep". They woke me up again a few years ago, tried to train me again and moved me to this current base when the Avengers became a problem.

When we got to the lad, there were already scientists with big needles with a blue liquid in them. I sat on the chair and the metal chains immediately closed over my wrists.

I saw Pierce enter the room and when he saw me a smile appeared on his face. "Hello Taylor, it's good to see you again, today we have a new serum to try, and we thought that only you could take it, so here we are" he said walking up to me. "Don't worry, it will only hurt a little".

And with that he walked away while the scientist came to me with the big needle. "No please don't do this I'm begging you" I cried out, but like always, the didn't care.

They injected me the serum and I could feel it burning my skin from inside. I started screaming begging for them to stop, that it was too much.

Nothing.

I shut my eyes wishing for it to stop as I continued to feel needles in my skin, until everything went black.

NATASHA'S POV:

I just finished training, I walked back to my room, took a quick shower and stoop in front of my closet, thinking what to wear.

I decided to go with sweatpants and a hoodie, since it was my free day.

I braid my red hair and went down.

I walked to the kitchen and saw Steve, Sam and Clint talking at the counter.

"It was only this time, you started before me you basically cheated!" Sweaty Sam said.

"Keep telling yourself that, maybe one day you'll believe it" Sweaty Steve chuckled.

"What's going on? Why are you both sweaty and what are you fighting about?" I asked while I started to make my breakfast.

"Sam and Steve did a running competition, and Sam can't face the fact that he lost" Clint said.

"That's because I won! He cheated!" Sam claimed.

"Sure, sure" Steve said while he got up. "I'm going to take a shower and change".

"Me too" Sam said and they both went to their rooms.

"So, what are you up to today?" I asked Clint as I sat down with my breakfast.

"You know, the usuall. Gym, maybe a run, but not against Steve"

I chuckled "yeah I don't think you should try".

"Thanks for believing in me, I gotta go, Tony said he fixed my arrows" he said and left, leaving me alone in the kitchen.

I didn't mind. I love quiet.

I just finished breakfast when I heard Jarvis speaking. "Everyone, please attend to the meeting room in ten minutes".

Ugh, another meeting. It usually was small meetings, the crimes in the city, stuff like that.

I walked to the meeting room and saw Clint and Tony walking together. 

"Hey, got any idea was this is about?" I asked them.

"It's Fury, I think he has a mission for us" Tony said.

I walked in and just as Tony said, Fury stood there with the rest of the team sitting in their chairs.

I sat next to Wanda, we became quite close over the past few months. Since her brother died, I felt like she needed someone to be there for her.
We became close in no time, I learned that she loves to cook, read and watch comedians.

As I sat down, Fury started talking. "Good morning everyone, I hope you all slept well because I have a mission for you. We discover a big HYDRA base in Russia, that have a dangerous serum. We don't know what it does yet but we know it's dangerous. We need you to get it". He explained. "You're  leaving in 4 hours, go get ready".

I left and went to my room getting my suit out and changing into it. When I finished I heard a knock on the door. "Come in" I said.

"Hey, it's me Wanda, I thought maybe we could hang out before we have to go?" She said and walked in.

"Sure, come here" we spend the last few hours just talking until it was time to get on the jet.

We went to the jet with all the others, I sat next to Clint and we started flying toward our destination. Let's hope I'll be able to sleep because I don't want to be tired while fighting HYDRA agents, and I can't hear Sam complaining about Steve anymore.
