THE LITTLE GIRL

Chapter Seven

TAYLOR'S POV:

The next morning I woke up, I slowly opened my eyes to the sun peeking through the dark curtains.

But my curtains are white.

I opened my eyes more and felt my head lean against something.

I looked up and saw Natasha looking down at me stroking my braided hair "good morning sweetheart."

"Morning" I said back. "I'm sorry I fell asleep on you." 

"Oh don't worry about that I don't mine" she smiled and hugged me closer.

I hugged her back, I loved being with her. for some reason it was easier to trust her then the others. She gives me comfort. Comfort I never had growing up.

We were like that for a few more minutes, until she finally spoke up.

"Wanda was here about an hour ago, she said that the blood tests are ready" she stopped then continued "she said Bruce will be at the lab until about 12pm, so we have more time" she said.

"Ok, well I'm not in the mood of moving so maybe later" we both laughed and got up after 20 minutes of just laying together.

I walked back to my room, took a quick shower got dressed and walked down to find Wanda and Clint in the kitchen.

"Hey, good morning! How did you sleep?" She asked me while starting to make me breakfast.

"Good, thanks. What about you?" I asked her back.

"Well I slept good thanks for asking, would you like an avocado as well?" She asked opening the fridge "we recently got a lot and they're so good" she said getting some out.

"I actually never had one" I said. "WHAT?!? YOU NEVER HAD AN AVOCADO?!?!?" Clint said looking at me like he just saw a ghost.

"Well HYDRA isn't the kind of place that gives free avocados to everyone they see" I said "Infact they aren't the kind that give avocados at all"

"Well you have to try it, it's amazing" she said staring to cut some avocados.

After a few minutes she handed me the plate with an egg and avocado "here you go"

I took grabbed the fork and took a bite from the avocado, while they both looked at me waiting for my reaction.

"Well?? Do you like it??" Clint asked me looking forward to my answer.

"I love it. It's amazing" I said, "I can't believe I've lived my whole life without this"

"What, avocado? Nah I don't really like it" Natasha said as she walked in.

"What? How can you not like it?" I said while eating a bit more.

"Natasha doesn't understand any good things in this life" Wanda said.

"Yeah yeah, well Taylor are you ready? We should go to the lab soon" she said.

"Yeah, let's go" I said, thanking Wanda for the breakfast again then went down with Nat.
