detective time (Ch 8+9+10)

 you bought a little notebook and a recording device..it kind of looked like to one your Dad had and it works the same way so that was perfect. You thanked Sam and he wished you luck on your endeavor. after getting everything you went to the infirmary with Grim. "All right, where's this guy who hurt his ankle." the two boys looked up "Huh?" "Hey, it's the ones from Ramshackle House! They were at the unbirthday party! What are you guys doing here?" Grim smiled "Get a load o' that! We're totally famous!" you sighed and shook your head then smiled at the boy in th infirmary bed and pointed to the chair "may i?" he nodded "oh..yes of course " you took a seat "i would like to begin with asking how you are " the boy blushed slightly "im fine other then my ankle" "i'm glad, could i ask what happend?" the student put a hand on his face "I wish I knew what happened myself,I was walking along, talking to my friend. And next thing I knew, BOOM! I was tumbling down the stairs." 

'huh...that is weird to say the least..' you did write it down on your notepad "Yeah. I didn't even see him stumbling or anything." the second student said."It was like my body just lurched forward by itself. I can't really explain it." Grim put his paw to his chin "Hm. Hmmm. Interesting. Veeery interesting." you put your hand on the shoulder of the student that got injured "thank you for your cooperation.. which is the ankle that got hurt" his friend pointed to the injured ankle. you put your hands just above the ankle  "{Everheal} (Everheal: is a healing spell that can be used to heal another by enveloping the target in an amber aura)" the boy gasped "it-" you put a finger to your lips telling him to be quiet "listen keep of that leg for a day or two just to be sure " you walked to the guy and whispered "there is a reason for this so keep petending that you are hurt." "are you saying that someone did this to me" you shook your head "i not sure yet but i rather not take any chances " the boy nodded and mouthed a thank you. you and grim left "what did you do to that guy Y/n" you smiled "just a spell that relieves pain..don't worry to much about it okay little buddy" Grim nodded 'sorry grim but i don't trust you to keep your mouth shut...just because you are not the sharpest knife in the drawer'

you at Grim went to the next victim who just came out of class. "Hey, you. You had an accident and almost got hurt real bad, right? Give us the deets." the Pomefiore student that got injured glared at grim "And why should I answer to you, exactly?" His friend backed him up "He was in peak condition for the Spelldrive tournament and got hurt so bad that he can't even play now!" "And you're here to...what, rub salt in my wound? We throw down the gauntlet! Duel us!" the wounded student threw a glove to the ground but you picked it up and handed it back "i apologize if Grim's approach made you feel like we were rubbing salt in your wound, that was not our intention at all we just wanna know what happend so we can prevent these kind of accidents in the future" the Hurt student looked away "if you put it like that, I'll give you the skinny." he was about to tell his story when his friend interrupted "It happened in the laboratory. We were boiling up a potion when his hands suddenly shot out and grabbed the screaming hot cauldron. He dumped out every last drop. It was bizarre! Made a real mess too." 

the injured student got angry at his friend "Oh, so YOU'RE gonna do all the talking?!" Grim nodded his head "Hm. Hmmm. Interesting. Veeery interesting." you smiled "thank you..as an apology for our rude behavior just now " you gently took his hand "{everheal}.. take a look at your hand" the boy unwrapped his bandage and saw that the burn mark was almost completely gone "i'm sorry i can't get rid of it entirely but now  it won't leave a burn scar" "that is incredible" you smiled "but keep your recovery a secret for now. just in case " both the student nodded and the one who was injured took your hand and place a kiss on the back of it "thank you Miss" then they left 'okayy this can't be a coincidence..they both didn't know what they were doing and before the knew what had happend it was to late '

you and Grim went back to ramshackle before you and Grim went inside he spoke up "I dunno, this just looks like a bunch of absent-minded kids hurtin' themselves to me. If there's a scandal here. I ain't seein' it! Huh? Whozzat?" Ace raised his hand "Mornin'. Guess you're feeling better now, huh, Grim?" you chuckled "Good morning person who doesn't live here" Ace just rubbed the back of his head. and Grim just sighed "Oh, it's you. We're kinda busy right now. No time for kid stuff. Scram." this confused Ace "Busy? What, you got a lot of homework?" you shook your head "lets go sit down"
