Though that didn't happen as the grenade bounced off of its face, landing near its shoes before exploding causing it to stumble.
You basically jumped a foot high when it still sprinted at you, you threw yourself out of the way, landing on your front before crawling away as it growled once more, slashing at the floor you were once on.
You were able to make it to a corner as Leon once more when up behind it, digging his knife into it before ripping it out, slashing at the parasite once more before using a crossbow-attaching a mine to it for better affect.
It did indeed work, the arrow exploding on the parasite made the thing fall to its knees, still washing at the floor as you stepped away from the corner, going to turn the crank near the gate to get the both of you out of there.
You let out a small noise as Leon pushed- more or so bump butted you out of the way. "Well fuck you too." You huffed out as he did the rest of the way, you did most of the work for that.
Leon only gave you a head tilt to signal for you to follow him- "c'mon, I think it's best if we get outta here." Well no shit Sherlock😡
