Chapter 8

"Who the fuck names their kid Vin?"

The boys and the newly introduced man sat around the fire. They were set within a cave; one that had everything they needed for survival. It was incredible to say the least. Blankets, food and water that would last them weeks, light sources, weapons the works!

"Kacchan! Don't be a bitch."

"Oh not to worry of it lad. I take pride in my name! I'm quite well known from my parts, see."

Katsuki scoffed. "The hell is up with you're lad thing. It's annoying as-"

Izuku shot a glare at Katsuki, shutting him up instantly. "I'd have to say I got it from my fellow crew mates!" Vin started. "I'm a sailor you see! I guess you'd call it the sailor accent." Izuku's eyes lit up. "Are you a hero?" Vin laughed "Far from it! My quirk isn't anything much."

Katsuki piped up. "So what is-"

"Enough questions! You two lil lads STINK! The fuck have you two been doing? Got scars all over your body; especially you blonde boy! The hell you doing with a wound that deep in your stomach? Almost bled out on me! Sure lucky I came at the nick of time for you!"

"My name is KATSUKI." He growled

"Anywhoo! We had a few troubles here and there, nothing crazy" Izuku chuckled nervously. Who was he kidding? It was nothing but crazy. "But we ended up there because KACCHAN wanted us to keep going during a fucking rainstorm! Dumbass.."
"The fuck? You're the one who said that stupid ass shit talking bout "We need to find shelter!". Bitch please."

"Alright who fucking cares go ahead and change yourselves" Vin tossed pairs of fresh clothes to the two boys, interrupting their argument.

The two slipped the clothes on without question, glad to be out of their previous torn pants and t-shirts.
"Hey, but is it okay if I ask a few questions?"

"Ask away lad."

Thus began Izuku's long yapping sessions. "Okay, well how did you get here? How did you find us? Why do you have so many supplies? Why are you here? Would you know a way out? Well maybe you wouldn't cause then you'd be out of here-..."

"Woah woah, okay. I'll try to answer everything, alright?"

Izuku and Katsuki sat silently around the fire, waiting for the answer to their curiosities.

"Well, I'd say it was maybe a week ago when me and the crew were getting ready for our next trip down the ocean. But some weird looking fellow came up and all hell went lose! I dunno where my crew went but I was sent through a portal or something and winded up here! Somehow lucky enough that my supplies were sent through with me."

Izuku gasped, jumping to his feet. "Kacchan! He met the same villain we did!"

"Oh wow. I didn't notice. Thanks captain obvious."

"Okay, damn." Izuku sat down again, crossing his arms. Why does Katsuki always have a stupid ass witty comeback for everything?

"Ahhh as for the other question, you fellers were lucky that I came across ya'll! Just going on a little stroll outside this forsaken cave when I stepped on the green one's hand there. Took me nearly 3 hours to dig ya'll out."

Izuku stood, bowing his head to Vin. "Thank you for your assistance. Kacchan, you should thank him too." Katsuki scoffed, giving a weak thanks.

"Oh don't sweat it! Maybe you could say I am a hero! Hee-hee."

Izuku sat back down. "If you wouldn't mind though, what's your quirk?"

Vin paused for a moment before picking up a bottled water and downing it. "It's nothing special, really."
