A new day.
Izuku finds himself brushing his teeth in complete silence. His bushy green hair covering his eyes. "So Aggravating. Should've cut my hair a long time ago." The boy takes a hair tie and slowly ties his hair to the back of his head, creating a small ponytail. "It looks stupid."
He continues brushing his teeth, making sure he doesn't leave behind anything from last night's dinner. He gazed strongly into the mirror. He always did this. He'd look harder and harder until he disgusted himself. The scars that ran through his arm showed weakness. The times where he had failed. The times in which he stopped caring for himself in order to save others. The times where he fought to be the pillar of hope for everyone who surrounded him. But who was his pillar of hope?
Finally snapping out of his false reality, he quickly cleans his mouth and rushes out of his dorm room. Today was the figurine sell! He couldn't miss it for the world. Everyone knew, Deku was a huge dork. He loved dorky stuff. He loved anything that had bright colors, and his room was littered in it too. But just as his day was coming to a start, he heard a voice. A familiar voice. A loud voice.
"What the fuck, Deku." Katsuki, the blond-haired boy with red volcanic eyes poked his head out of his dorm. "You're making too much noise. Go the fuck back to sleep, dammit!" Izuku smiled. Katsuki had always been like this. He somewhat liked it. They're past was behind them, right? Katsuki had gotten stronger, mentally and physically. He's grown more than ever. "Kacchan, it's 11am."
The blonde boy walked grumpily out of his room towards Izuku. "Where are you going this early anyways?" He asked. His curiosities got the best of him. These days, you rarely see Deku smile. At least, not full heartedly. His smiles always fooled everybody else, but not him. He's seen that smile since day one.
"The new All Might figurines are on sale today! I've been pretty broke recently, but today they'll be really cheap! The new figurine had so many cool features like voice boxes and accessories and..." Once he started, he never stopped. Katsuki hated it. How could one talk so much about one thing? Is it that interesting to him? "Alright, I get it. Shut up. I'm tired of hearing your shitty voice." Izuku obeyed. "Sorry."
It was silent. They stood facing each other, just a mere 5 feet away. Deku was the first to advert his eyes. "Well, I'll get going." He turned from the now dead conversation and headed downstairs.
Upon reaching the bottom of the stairs, Deku was quickly faced with a panicking classmate. His friend, Ochako, was racing around the dormitory. "Deku!" she yelled, throwing her arms onto the boy's shoulders. "Where have you been? A meeting was called in the principal's office. I've been looking for you and Bakugou!" Her breath was tired. "It's alright. Hurry, go get Bakugou. We're all waiting for you guys!" She let go of the now flustered boy and ran off. Izuku, not allowed to have gotten a word in, stammered for a moment before walking back up the stairs to receive Katsuki, who had likely went back to sleep. The figurines would have to wait.
"Kacchan! Kacchan get out!" Izuku banged on Katsuki's door waiting for an answer without success. "Kacchan now! They called a meeting! They're waiting on us!" Silence. "NOW KACCHAN!!" Finally the door swung open with a sleepy yet pissed young boy. "WHAT. THE. FUCK. DO YOU WANT." "We have a meeting today. C'mon." The spikey haired boy grumbled under his breath before slowly slipping on his slippers.
The two boys made it down stairs, to the school building, and finally, the principal's office. There they found all of their classmates. "Man finally! Where you been bakubro?" Kirishima, known to be Katsuki's best friend, threw his arm around Katsuki. He was the only one known on Earth that could pull that off without immediate consequences. Katsuki never said it, but Eijiro was his best friend. "I told you to stop calling me bakubro, shitty hair." "And I told you to stop calling me shitty hair, bakubro."
Nezu cleared his throat. "Now, if I could have everybody's attention, I have a few warnings."
