Both Ezra and Kanan were falling through darkness. They landed on the ground near the ghost of the past. They sat up to see themselves training with sabers. Both Jedi stood up and walked towards their younger self's.
Ezra leaned against a foot of the ghost and Kanan stood next to him. They watched their last selves for a while. Ezra sensed Hera behind his back. "Hera, just give me a minute," Ezra said without facing her.
The young Kanan looked at the two strangers who had walked up to them. He walked over. The two men stared at the younger pair. There was something familiar. The rest of the crew had come outside to see the two strangers.
The eldest of the two men spoke first. "I don't wanna do this Ezra."
"I know Kanan. This is what must be done." Ezra repiled.
The young boy said, "Wait what? You two, are us two?" As he pointed between him and his master.
The older Ezra laughed. "Yes. Would you like to see one last sword fight to see what you will do when you are older?"
The younger Kanan was hesitant, then nodded. The two older men walked into the field. They lit their sabers and a gasp escaped some of the crews mouth.
The green saber clashed with a purple saber, both igniting a fire. Within minutes, Ezra dissarmed Kanan and when he held the second saber, the light turned from purple to green. The duo stood up and Ezra tossed the light saber back to its master.
"Ezra don't make me do this."
Ezra smiled one last time at his master, "just tell Sabine that I love her." Kanan ignited the blade and periced through Ezra's heart. The dead boy fell to the ground and disintegrated like sand. The older Kanan walked back to the group depressed.
"WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU KILL ME?" the young boy yelled.
"I had to. This is what needed to happen so we could both come here and say to not be worried. And only one of us would leave." The oldest man said.
"But why did you have to come back to here to kill him?" The younger Kanan asked.
"Caleb, grab a hold of yourself. He wanted to come back to when, well, we were all still together and living, and remembered each other." Kanan said. "Plus, he wanted to not be with his fiancé when he died."
"How old is he?" Sabine asked
"23, don't worry. You are gonna marry a great girl." Kanan said to Ezra, shooting a look at Sabine. "There will be a time where none of you remember me, and friendships will be torn. Treasure this last year, because even when I come back, things will be so different, I won't know you."
He looked at all the confused faces, and only one of them wasn't confused. "Finally, Sabine. I'm sorry I wasn't here to train you. Ezra trained you to be one of the best sword fighters in the galexy. I wish I could have been able to see it." Kanan said.
"But where will I be?" Young Kanan asked.
"The abyss. Caleb, be who you are and please, please, don't turn. It was hard enough for me. Be smart, be strong. And for gods sake, just be strong. Ezra, remember this moment, and remember the day I was here, because your life depends on it. Kanan lit his purple saber, stepped back and let the wind disintegrate him.
He was going home, without his little boy.

Awwwww, poor Ezra. So because I am sorta gonna be possibly without WiFi, I don't know how often I can update. The WiFi isn't great so I don't know whether or not things will post. If not, expect a huge update in like a week!!
