Kanan sat back in shock. Another vision. Well, he already knew what was headed for him. It was just so shocking to see it first hand.
The phantom landed behind him. His Ezra walked out. He turned around to face him. Ezra sat down in meditating position in front of his master. Ezra sighed before he started. "Listen, I saw you two talking. Don't think I will hold you becoming a sith against you."
"I am not going to make the same mistake." The master said.
"Why did you get sent in the first place?" The boy said.
"I don't know." The man admitted. His padawan just turned 16 a few weeks ago. He was so young, get if he had grown up in the republic, everyone would have wanted him as a padawan. He strong, smart and agiel. His plans worked out...mostly. And most important, he was close to being one with the force. He didn't even know it. There were times Kanan felt like the student and Ezra was the master. He was talented, his sword fighting improved so much in 6 months that he could beat Kanan most of the time.
The master sighed. His padawan was more a jedi than he would ever be. Caleb never even became a Jedi, much less a master. But seeing that the force saw him as one, it made him feel that much better. He looked up to see Ezra meditating with his eyes closed.
"Where you trying to listen to my thoughts?" The man asked.
His padawan giggled. "Thank you Caleb. I hope I don't disappoint you." Ezra said nonchalantly, as he got up and walked over to the Phantom.
The man shook his head in disbelief. Of course he would hear Kanan for who he was. Caleb Dume was the Padawan lost to time. Not dead, and never found. The last Padwan. Kanan would never reveal his secret, or, in the future, he might just do that.
Ezra sat on the floor behind the pilot. Did Kanan really think of him like that? Like he was the master? He tried to listen to his masters thoughts, but Kanan blocked him. Even though Ezra had just learned his master was the infamous Caleb Dume, he felt as if had allways known it. So did most of the crew, even though their suspicions would never be confirmed.
Ezra sighed. In 7 years, he would die at his master's hand. But there was much more to the story. There wasn't nothing in the six years he was gone. He took a quick peak into his own head.
There was much more than him dying twice in one day. It was almost as if it was all wrong.
----hmmmmm----
"Fucking again?!?!?!?!?!?!?!"
