Alexandre's pov:

Never-ending moments crawl by.

Slowly.

My suffering will never end.

Each day, my cage gets more solemn.

There's no sunlight.

There is no warmth on cold nights.

No one but me.

Alone.

I wake up to a small ration of food every day.

I try to catch the carrier, but they don't visit me unless I'm asleep.

That's all I do now.

Try to make time go faster.

I've only been here for a month, but my soul has aged centuries.

Alone.

Me and my thoughts.

I fear I've nearly gone mad.

Every surface is made of dark marble.

No comfort.

The world is spinning.

My ears are ringing.

I'm covered in scrapes.

I now know I cannot break the bars.

I can't see anything past them.

Darkness.

Alone.

My head is clouded.

My throat is dry.

She's fading away.

I nearly ceased to remember the warmth of her skin.

The way I held her.

Her face.

Her nature.

Her name.

Y/n.

I mutter it every moment.

She'll help me.

She'll come for me.

She wouldn't leave me here.

In the dark.

In this h*ll.

I can barely remember her face.

I can't touch her.

She's gone.

I'm gone.

Never-ending moments crawl by.

I'm afraid.

My suffering will never end.

I need her.

Each day is darker.

She's vanished.

No light.

Only I remain.

My butterfly has flown away.

Alone.
