Chapter 8

Lilly's POV

After school got out I grabbed Stacy and headed toward the locker rooms, "Hey." Stacy slowly and calmly said to me, "Hey." I gave her a great big smile as we walked through the crowded halls. "Im sorry I got mad at you, I am still a little hurt but I hope we can both move through that." she stopped me and smiled, I was so glad to hear her say those words so I wrapped my arms around her bringing her in for a hug, "It's okay I hope so too." we stopped hugging and kept walking, "You excited for try outs and to see new faces?" Stacy sounded a little more happier, "Yea I am, hope we both make it!" I said in a joking matter knowing that we will, we both laughed as we walked in to change. "Okay girls you are going to change into what ever I comfortable and meet out in the football field so you can all show me a cheer you have performed and the cheer, hopefully, all of you have learned! Oh and you also have to perform one trick! Good Luck!" I looked at Stacy who rolled her eyes as Nicole got off of one of the benches I laughed ad walked over to my gym locker getting out my lime green and black Nike sports bra and my work out pants. I quickly changed, grabbed Stacy and made our way over to the football field where we saw Nicole sitting on the track moving papers every ware acting like she knows what she is doing, "How in the hell did all three other seniors vote her to be captain?" Stacy laughed, "I have no clue!" as we walked to take a seat we laughed almost the whole way.

"Okay first up we will do the freshman then move up the line, ummm, Alyvia Weller! You are up first!" Nicole sat back down as a skinny brown haired girl with high cheekbones made her way to the "death zone" as me and Stacy call it. I laughed a little getting a weird look from Stacy. I stopped and turned back to the small girl right in front of Nicole, she did a nice routine and the assigned cheer wasn't that bad either, for her trick she did a back and spring. "Okay, great you can have a seat, thank you." Nicole called up the next girl as Alyvia made her way back to her spot next to another brown haired girl with a little more fat then Alyvia but still decent size. Nicole kept calling names as these tiny freshman made their way up and down the bleachers, there was about eight freshman, then she moved to sophomores most of them from last year but I noticed about three new ones. When she was done calling all six sophomores she moved on to the juniors, us, and some how I was first, "I thought they were going alphabetically?" I turned to Stacy in confusion, "Alyssa and Jamie quit." I gave her a worried look and made my way down to the "death zone" a smile broke out across my face as I stood in front of Nicole, "Hi Lilly, ready to go?" "Hi Nicole, yes I am." I did my cheer that Stacy and I made up last year, we showed it to our captain last year and she said that it was very good but we couldn't use it because not everybody can do handsprings, as I finished my routine I did the assigned cheer and nailed it when I was done a huge smile broke across my face, now for the trick I leaned into a backbend, flipped over with force and did a back hand spring perfectly. I walked up to Nicole, "Good job, have a seat until everyone else is done." I walked away knowing that there is only two more people trying out, Stacy, April, and Kelly. I went and sat by Stacy, "How was I? Did it look good? How about my trick did you like it?" "Calm down and let me answer!" Stacy smiled after she said that, "You were excellent, it look amazing, and your trick was awesome I have never seen anything like it!" I smiled and gave Stacy a hug wishing her luck as her name was called.

Everyone finished and it was time to hear who made it ad who didn't, obviously all the seniors were already on the made it side since they have already tried out, "Alyvia, Faith, and Polly, you all made it you can come stand by the other seniors who have also made the team. Now for our sophomores, Lizzy, Beth, Star, and a new face Jenna, you have all made and can come stand by our fellow team mates. Stacy, Lilly, April and Kelly, you can come stand with us. To the freshman and new Sophomores who tried out, thank you and I hope you keep practicing and join us next year!" Nicole turned around and had a big smile on her face, "I am sad we don't have enough for a JV team, but that is okay we can just have the girls from Kylies Gym do our JV games like they did two years ago. Okay, Congratulations!! You all made it onto the varsity cheer squad!" we all jumped and squealed in excitement, "Okay on your way back to the locker room please grab a schedule containing our practices and game dates on them, please also grab a hair bow and a form stating which shoe and uniform size you will want, which have to be turned in with the money by our first practice." We all cluttered around the table grabbing the papers needed and ran back to the locker rooms to change.

Luke's POV

After school Mat and a few other guys came and asked if I wanted to watch the girls cheer tryouts with them, "But it's a closed practice?" "Yeas but there is a way to get under the bleachers and a perfect view from there." I threw my bag onto my back and we ran out their before the girls did.

It really was a perfect view as we watched the new and old cheer leaders walking down onto the field, I went to grab my phone out of my backpack, "Hey it's Lilly, I sure would like to be with her tonight." Mat said smiling with gestures, I shoved him a little, "Knock it off." I pulled up the camera and took some pictures of Lilly doing her routines as if they were so simple, she was so hot.

After everyone was done we didn't want to stick around for the talk so we quickly and quietly made our way out from under the bleachers, and ran back into the school.

Lilly's POV

On my way back to the locker room I notice Luke standing on the wall taping away at his phone, "Hey baby." I skipped up to him and planted a kiss on his lips, "Hey, did you make it." "Obviously, how could I not I have been doing this for two years." I laughed, "Well you sure are sexy in your practice uniform." He grabbed my hip and rubbed my sides, "I have to go change and then we can leave." He nodded his head and I went to go change, when I was done I grabbed Luke and headed to my house.

"My mom should be at work for most of the night," I said with a great big smile, "Oh Lilly just wait and see what I do to you." he laughed and grabbed my thigh.

We got to my house shortly after and headed up to my room. When we got in the room we both threw our bags on the ground and kissed not with passion, but with love, he puts his hands on my ass and lifted me up then took me over to my bed. He puts his tongue on mylip asking for entrance and I let it in, we just make out for a few minutes then he started to kiss my jaw, then my neck and placed little kisses all the way down to right above my chest. "Lift yourself up." I do. he loops his finger onto my skirt and pulls them off throwing it someware, he does the same thing with my underware. He starts licking and I arch my back up and moan Luuuke, "Thats right baby." he brought his hand up and stared to rub me, as soon as he went to go inide I heard my mom come in the front door and shoved him off, quuickly got changed and "studied", Luke stared at me with a big grin that faded very quickly, "what?" I looked at him confused, "Your shirt didn't you say your mom made you change before you left." I face palmed my forehead and ran to my bag and grabbed the sweater, just in time because I heard my mom start to come up the stairs, Luke was on the bed so I went over to my desk and opened my science book to a page with a piece of paper stuffed inside, my door opened, but it wasn't my mom, "Hey sis." I turned my head, "Derek!" I squealed and ran up to him embracing him in a hug. "I am so glad you are home, I thought you were coming home Friday?" "Well I'm home early." he looked over to my bed, "Who is that? I thought Stacy was dating that thing over on your bed." he laughed a bit and looked at me, "That's Luke who you obviously remember, we are dating now." "How long, I have only been gone for two years." "About a month." he smiled and left heading down the hallway to his room.
