Chapter 15

Lilly's POV

After I gathered everything that happened and was "mentally stable" the doctors started doing tests on me to make sure I was all right. Because I woke up so early they wanted to keep me in for another two days which was okay I guess because when they told us this it was Wednesday night so I would be getting out sometime on Friday. Stacy brought me piles and piles of homework I missed, my teachers said because of how long I was out I had to look over the homework and try to do some of it but for the next week instead of going to cheerleading I have to study and then take this huge test to make sure I am still caught up.

"I will be back tomorrow." Luke got up and was giving me a hug, "Yea after school." He looked at me weird then laughed, "No I will be here when visiting hours start." "No. I want you to go to school you must have already missed a ton." he rolled his eyes, "Fine but I am only going for you. I will come here straight after school." he gave me a kiss on the forehead and left for the night.

"I'm going to get in the shower." "Are you sure you are able to?" my mom cocked an eyebrow at me, "Oh yea you weren't in here. When you went to get diner the nurse came in and made me walk and said when I am up for it to get a shower." she nodded her head and helped me to the bathroom.

I woke up the next morning pretty early because my phone kept going off. "Oh my god... its only seven people come on some of us are in hospitals." I laughed at my own joke and looked at my phone, I clicked a link and it took me to a video.

(Soft music playing)

Even with the devastating sight almost the whole school watched with our top Junior cheerleader Lilly Hirax took a blow to the head and have been in the hospital since.... but even with that devastating moment our cheerleader squad has dedicated every game to her and have been cheering perfectly and now with two big games left before playoffs we interviewed the squad.

There was a video with pictures of me, also some of me in the hospital with students next to my room and pictures of the squad as the voice was talking then it cut to a video of some of the girls being interviewed.

Nicole- Well the accident was very scary, I was and still am devastated she was our top cheerleader for the Junior section. But that has motivated me and the girls to make this season dedicated to her and w-

I closed the link and put my phone on the do not disturb setting.

The next two days was studying, tests, and time with my family, oh and some disgusting food they didn't even have tacos! I think I had my blood drawn at least once a day, I am so sick of needles.

"Okay I will plug these tests in the computer and in about an hour the nurse will be in with your release." I smiled and nodded. as soon as the door closed I was up and getting a cute outfit to put on. "Calm down sweetie, where do you think you are going after this?" I looked at my mom, "Well its almost lunch at school I was hoping to go back." she looked confused, "The more time I am at school the bigger the chance of me getting to cheer in the last game before playoffs." "Oh..." she smiled and nodded her head, "Make sure you ask your doctor before you go and do that." she kind of half smiled and looked out the window.

I pulled up and everyone who was outside was starring at me and like eight people came to see if I was okay and what happened, so I told them that I just got out of the hospital and blah blah blah. I walked in and as soon as I stepped into the cafeteria everyone went quiet. Luke, Stacy and Miranda ran up to me and I was pulled into a group hug. "I'm so glad you are okay, I would have come and saw you like Stacy and Luke did but Nicole wouldn't let me out of practice." I looked at Miranda with a I don't care your one of my best friends look and she smiled.

Stacy's POV

when the whole cafeteria went quiet we figured there was a fight or something until Miranda said Oh my god and her eyes widened. I spun around and grabbed Luke's shoulder, "What?" he spun around and was off and running in less than five seconds, me and Miranda were right behind him as we all scooped Lilly up into a group hug.

The rest of the day went by fast so after last period I went to Lilly's locker to check on her. "Hey, what's wrong."  I could see that she was sad so I grabbed her shoulder, "Nothing, is.. is it true that k.. Kyle is missing ever since he.. hit me?" I looked at the floor then back at Lilly and nodded my head, next thing I know she is out from under my arm and heading for the door, "Lilly wait!" I don't know if she didn't hear me or didn't care, she was on a mission, I just wish I knew what it was.
