Chapter 12

Lilly's POV

I couldn't focus on anything else, I was so happy I was just staring at Luke, smiling. "What?" Luke looked at me, also smiling, "Nothing, just happy." he laughed and looked up at the ceiling, "Might want to call your mom before she has a stroke." I looked over at the clock and it was almost midnight, I swung myself out of bed and looked every ware for my phone, when I found it I quickly texted my mom.

I went to put my phone on Luke's dresser and when I turned around he was standing there, then I realized we were both still naked. He grabbed my hips and pulled me closer to him, I could feel everything, from his skin to the beat of his heart as my chest rested on his, I slowly looked up at him as he pushed my hair behind my ear. He put my head in his hands and kissed my forehead, "You tired?" I gave him a smirk, "No." he smiled and kissed me.

Luke's POV

We stayed up until it was three in the morning, we were sitting in the living room with our underwear on just talking and watching movies, it was perfect.

I woke up, laying in my bed I turned over to my wall and saw Lilly, she looked so cute when she was sleeping. I brushed her hair back behind her ear and laid my hand on her head.

"Hey." she still had her eyes closed but she smiled after she said it, "Hey." I rubbed my thumb on her cheek, she slowly opened her eyes, "What time is it?" "I have no clue." she nodded her head and turned over, she grabbed my hand and made it so we were cuddling, I had no cue what time it was or how long we were like that, in peace, slowly talking, but it was nice.

We were in the middle of our conversation when I heard the front door open, Lilly spun around with her mouth wide open, "I thought you said they wouldn't be home until like two?!" I turned and looked at my clock, it was 1:48pm, "Crap!" I jumped out of bed, Lilly sat up, "What should I do?" I quickly looked around, "Nothing, just stay here." I grabbed a pair of basketball shorts and put them on as quickly as I could, "Luke! We're home!" I dashed out the door slamming it shut when I noticed my dad coming down the hall. "Hey son, what did you do last night?" "Oh I went to a party with Lilly." "Ha-ha, hope you had fun, she better not be in your room." he smiled and walked into his room laughing, "Yea well I'm going to get changed, so don't come in!" I went back in my room and Lilly was putting her cloths on, she looked at me, "What should I do?" "Um... you can... um..." "come on Luke, we don't have all day, I will just go out the window." "Okay." I went and opened the window, I don't have a second floor so it should be easy. she got one leg out the window and looked back at me, "I had a great time," "Me too, sorry it had to end like this," "that's okay, bye." "bye...Lilly?" she quickly turned back around, "Yea?" "I love you." a huge smile broke across her face and next thing I knew she was back in my room kissing me, "I love you too."

Lilly's POV

I landed safely, then realized that I didn't drive, I face palmed my forehead, "Good thing I don't live that far away."

It took me almost a half hour to get home, but when I walked through that door, "Where were you! I have been calling and leaving you texts since noon!" My mouth dropped open, my phone is still in Luke's bedroom, "Mom calm down, I lost my phone at the party, I will get it back." "You lost your phone, mhm, okay, so where have you been because I know damn well that you girls did not sleep in until...almost two thirty!" "Mom, we were up until like five in the morning, I woke up at like noon, but because I lost my phone I couldn't call for a ride, no one else was up so I walked to the bus station, I'm sorry!" she was speechless, "Go to your room." "What, wh.." "I said go, and this is your last party that you will going to for the next month." "Mom tha..." Go Lilly!" I rolled my eyes and went upstairs, man I haven't been grounded sense like sixth grade.
