Part 4: the broken deal

In season 2 part 3, Jones, slone and shimmerdusk go back to the base. Slone and shimmerdusk are talking, talking about their history with kado thorne while jones is staying silent, after a while of talking, jones announces that they are at the base. After a while of hanging out, there is a knock on the door and on the other side is the one and only geno. Immediately, slones slams the door in front of geno and interrupts everything he says. But after a talking with jones about how he should be given a second chance, slone lets geno in and at first its fine, jones sleeping, slone and shimmerdusk talking and geno thinking. But in the end, nothing stays the same

Nightmares, some can be visions meant to scare you, some can be meant to warn you. Either way, they are not a good sign. A world on fire, taken over by dark energy. Jones sees his friends slowly fading away. Before he is able to understand what is going on, he is waken up by geno. Usually waking up from a bad dream is a good thing. But this time, jones was just entering another nightmare. When awake, jones had a knife against his neck, but this design was familiar. When jones turned to the right to see who was holding the knife, he saw geno smiling. Instead of cutting jones with the knife, jones is punched and ends up in his thoughts yet again

Trust, hard to make, easy to break. Slone always knew jones was a nice guy, she would know, she manipulated him for several years in the imagined order. Slone had different thoughts then jones, does geno deserve to be forgiven?, and if not, does she deserve to be either. After shimmerdusk went to sleep, this question started floating around in slones mind. Slone was a villain for many years. She had the same concept of a perfect world that geno had. But after losing a war with the I.O'S sworn enemy the seven, slone realized that she no longer needed to be manipulated into thinking the world needed to be perfect.

betrayal, it comes in many forms, from close family, or from a trusted friend. Either way feels just like getting stabbed. When slone went to check on jones and found out he was not there, she was furious. Slone already knew what happened to jones, geno took him. So shimmerdusk and slone prepare to head out and find jones. After seaching every TLR campsite and interrogating a lot of trespassers, they were finally able to get an idea of were he was at. shimmerdusk and slone make it to KADOS BASE. The two of them split up to try and find jones inside. Looking at some relics that kado collected, slone realizes something, some of these were lost io stuff, wherever kado got his loot from, they definitely knew stuff about the order. The two of them realize that jones might be in the maze that is RIGHT NEXT TO KADO'S BASE. They head to the outside of the maze and they see something... it was jones.
