Summerslam

Today Harley was going to grab some brunch with her parents, which she am so excited about. It's been a while since it's been the three of them. She usually gets one on ones with them but it's hard to get them both at the same time for me.

She walked into the restaurant, seeing her parents already waiting at the table with menus in their hands. As she met them at the table, they stood acknowledging her presence with warm greetings,  "Hi dad." She hugged him first then turned to his mother,  "Mommy, hi."

They sat at the table and quickly gave their order to the waitress that came by.

After giving their orders they fell into a conversation, as she asked her parents how they were and about their days."And how are you?" Her mother asked.

"I'm good." She answered, "Working."

"That's good. You've gotta keep working, keep hustling if you want to get to the top."

Harley sighed with a smile, "I know."

"Leave her alone." Sharmell looked at her husband.

Harleys dad is definitely a funny dad and unserious most of the time but when it comes to wrestling– WWE it's all business. He definitely knows how to push his daughter in the right direction. Especially with not only carrying their family legacy but doing it in her own way– he wants her to be the best version for herself.

Sharmell shook her head at the two, "So what do they have planned for you?" She asked her only daughter.

"I have some shoots, signings, the whole media thing but I am mainly gonna train." Harley said, taking a bite from her salad.

"Sometimes I worry you work too much." Harley's mother sighed, "You started when you were 17 and haven't stopped."

"I'm happy." Harley smiled.

"And I'm happy for you two but I also want you to have a normal life where you drink, go to clubs, have girls nights, find a man–" She was quickly cut off.

"After she becomes a champion." The father-daughter duo answered simultaneously, "After I become a champion."

Her mother could only smirk, shaking her head, "I should've known. Like father, like daughter."

Arriving at the arena, Harley had accompanied Trinity walking through the halls before they found the other girls. They greeted the two newbies, along with the Bellas.
