Adalinas P.O.V
I was sitting in my science class, doodling on my notebook when the bell blared.
Mrs.Anderson stood in front of the classroom with her arm around a boys back.
I did a double take. At first, this boy looked like every other boy in this class...average.
But when I looked back up, I could see his toned body beneath his T-shirt, his perfect lips, and most of all, his piercing blue eyes.
"Okay class, today we have a new student joining us, would you like to introduce yourself dear?"
"I'm Hayes Grier, " he paused before adding "Püma" in a weird, high voice.
This sent all of the girls to giggle, and blush, including me. He was scanning the class, and I got squimish when he looked at me, his eyes faltered for a second, before landing on Jazlin. He grinned.
Jazlin and I used to be best friends in elementary school, but when we got to secondary school, it was like she never knew me.
"Hayes, how about you sit by.."
Her eyes scanned the room, and I crossed my fingers in my lap.
"Adalina is the best behaved, Adalina,would you raise your hand?" I did, and blushed as he casually walked towards me in a very laid back way.
"So, Adalina, what are we doing today?" He asked with a smile. And that was the start to a great friendship, until he got the hots for Jazlin.
