A/n- This is going to get intense wise of kissing and stuff, and this chapter features Washingdad, so have fun with that :)
John nocked on his boyfriend's door right after school on Friday. His (adoptive) father, George Washington answered. George was part of the older generation, so as far as he knew, he and Alexander where 'just friends.'
"John!" He said. exited to see him, He was used to him at this point. Still, he had no clue about their relationship. John smiled slightly at the older man, as he moved out of the door way to let John in. "How have you been?" He asked once they where inside.
"Good, I guess. Mostly just been drawing a lot." He laughed, a bit nervous. Washington nodded. "How about you?" He asked, wondering where Alexander was.
Washington shrugged, before saying "Better then most. Not as good as some." This was how Washington always responded to questions like 'how are you' are 'are you doing well?' Alexander found it really annoying, but John always thought it was funny. Just then, Martha, Alex's adoptive mother, came out of the kitchen with a batch of red velvet cookies.
"John! Lovely to see you again!" She said. John smiled and nodded in agreement. "Are you staying for dinner again?" She asked. John often came over right after school and didn't leave until late, and on weekends he would always sleep over. That was probably the best part of having a secret boyfriend. No one got suspicious when they had sleepovers. Not that they did anything more then kissing. It was just nice to not get weird looks or overbearing comments.
"If Alexander wants me to then yeah, probably." He laughed awkwardly. He knew Alexander would want to, and since it was Friday, he'd probably be sleeping over too.
"I'm assuming your staying over tonight and tomorrow as well then?" He heard Washington pipe up. John smiled and nodded. Just then, he heard tapping from behind him. He turned around to see his boyfriend coming down the many flights of stairs. The Washington estate was huge, so it always took a minute. When Alex finally came down, all eyes where on him.
"Alexander, what did I tell you about running down the stairs? You could get hurt, you know." Martha said. Alexander rolled his eyes before mumbling 'sorry mom'. John couldn't help but snort.
"We'll be upstairs!" Alex said quickly before grabbing John's hand and rushing back up three out of five of the stories. Alex holding his hand was enough to make the butterflies in his stomach lose it. When they finally reached his room, John turned around to shut the door. As soon as he motioned to look back at Alex, He was pushed up against the door and kissed by Alexander. When he broke away, he had that stupidly cute Alexander grin on his face.
"Missed me?" John asked, not taking his eyes off of Alex's lips. Alexander just shrugged before flopping on to his bed.
"I mean, not really." He said, his face smug.
"Oh fuck no." John mumbled. If Alexander thought he could get away with messing with him like that, he had another thing coming. He slowly walked over to Alexander's bed. He could see Alexander becoming more nervous. It was cute. When he reached him, he put his hand on his boyfriend's thigh and leaned over him, his eyes on his mouth. "Really? You didn't miss me that much? Even though I didn't eat with you? And I missed the one class we have together?" He said.
Alex could feel his heart beating heavy, but tried to keep up the act. "I was fine." He failed. His voice was rickety and his pale face flushed red. John's grin grew bigger. He nodded slightly, before smashing his lips into Alex's. Alexander gripped John's shirt, trying to make sure there was as little space between them as possible.
When they finally broke away to catch their breath, John rolled over to the other side of Alexander's bed. "Wanna watch a movie?" He asked sweetly, as if he hadn't just spent the last 10 minutes with his tongue in the back of Alexander's throat. Alex laughed and nodded. He gabbed the remote and clicked on the TV, and proceeded to scroll through Netflix until they found a movie that looked appealing. Once the movie had ended, they had gone downstairs for dinner. Martha's cooking was always amazing.
