2 weeks later

Miso POV
"Okay class! Gather please, I have to take attendance." Our teacher, Mrs Nam shouted as we all gathered.
She quickly started taking our attendance and we one by one headed onto the bus.
"Oh save a seat for me!" I exclaimed to Jieun who was boarding the bus.
She responded by holding out an 'ok' sign before finding a seat.
After a while my name was quickly called out and I boarded the bus.

Jake POV
I was seated down by the window with my bag on the aisle row when I saw Miso boarding the bus.
As she was approaching me, I quickly removed my bag from the seat, hoping that she would sit beside me.
"Mis-" I waved as she approached but she mustn't have noticed as she auickly ran to sit beside her friend Jieun, who was 3 rows behind me.

"I'm kinda hungry, do you have snacks?" I heard Miso ask.
I quickly turned around to see her looking over the people sitting in front of her as they shook their heads.
I quickly rummaged through my bag only to find a bag of chips.
"Score!" I thought as I zipped up my bag.
"Do you have snacks?" Miso asked once more.
I turned around to see her head peeping into the aisle to talk to the duo behind me.
At this point, I turned around and caught her eye.
"Do you have snacks?" She asked.
I quickly nodded and showed my large bag of chips.
I saw her eyes widen.
"Can I have some?" She asked enthusiastically.
I quickly nodded and ushered her over to sit beside me.
She quickly came over as I removed my bag from the seat.
"I didn't realise you were sitting by yourself." She laughed as I opened the bag of chips.
I smiled in response before offering some chips to her.
"Any plan who you want to sleep with?" She asked, taking a few chips.
"I dunno... but I heard it's like mini houses so guys and girls would be sharing." I informed.
"Oh really? We should totally share then." Miso laughed.
"Sure! With Jieun right?" I asked.
She quickly nodded as she munched on a chip.
"What about you?" She asked.
"Mmh... maybe Hajoon?" I laughed.
"You talk to Hajoon?" She gasped.
"Of course! We grew up together..." I laughed.
"Then how come you're not sitting together?" Miso asked once again.
I shrugged in response, not wanting to tell her what really went down.

"IEKU!" Hajoon called out as he patted the seat beside him.
"I wanna sit with Miso, go sit with Seojin!" I huffed.
"But he's with his girlfriend... please?" He begged.
"But I'll sit behind you?" I persuaded.
"Argh whatever! You keep ditching me for Miso! Just hang out with me okay..." Hajoon huffed.
"Thank you! I'll give you a massage later." I laughed, quickly walking away.

"Ah... I see..."Miso laughed, taking another chip.
"Oh! But will Chaesoo mind? I don't want to make her mad again." She continued.
"Oh yeah! I'm sure she won't mind, It's not like she's here anyways." I laughed, grabbing a chip.
She quickly smiled and nodded before popping a chip into her mouth.

Miso POV
"Class were here! Please exit the bus one by one." Mrs Nam shouted.
"I'll get going then." I smiled before walking back to my seat to wake Jieun up.
"Jieun!" I whispered, nudging her shoulder.
"Jieun were here!" I repeated.
"Okay..." Jieun mumbled in response as I grabbed her bag from the overhead compartment.
"Hurry up please!" Our teacher shouted as we quickly started fumbling out of the bus.

"Okay guys! So if you look behind me, I'm sure you would have noticed the 8 little houses." Mrs Nam started.
"So 4 of them on the left will be for our class while the other 4 on the right will be for Class 2 which will be joining us shortly." She continued.
"There should be 4 guys and 4 girls sharing one house but don't bother trying anything because we will be checking." She laughed.
"Please choose who you'll be spending the next 3 nights with wisely as there will be no changes or swaps once you have confirmed who's in your group." Mrs Nam continued as the class started buzzing around.
"Miso! Jieun!" Jake shouted.
I quickly turned before making my way to him with Jieun trailing behind.
"Soyeon! Seojin! Hurry!" Hajoon ushered as they quickly ran over.
"Hey! Who else is joining?" I smiled.
"Dunno... we need one more girl-boy pair though." Jake smiled.
"Ooh! What about Yeonjin and Mina?" Hajoon suggested.
"Sure! I'll call them over then." Jieun chimed in before walking away.
She quickly came back with the two before we made our way to Mrs Nam.
"Okay so Jake, Jieun, Miso, Soyeon, Mina, Yeonjin, Hajoon and Seojin!" She smiled, ticking our names off the name list.
"Your all set! Please make your way to house 2!" She exclaimed and we quickly made our way to the house.

Jake POV
I looked into the bedrooms only to find them empty.
I sighed, how am I supposed to handle dinner alone?
Just then, I heard the door open and saw Miso come out from the bathroom with her hair wet.
"Hey!" I smiled.
"Hey, you meed something?" She asked.
"Oh yes actually, we're supposed to handle dinner by ourselves tonight but I don't really know how to cook..." I laughed.
"Oh I see, I'll do it then!" She smiled.
"Can I help?" I quickly replied.
"Of course! What do we have?" She laughed as she made her way to the kitchen with me trailing behind.
"Well I bought some meat, veggies and maybe we can get instant noodles from house 1? I heard they have tons." I laughed as she looked into the fridge.
"Sure! You go get that while I see what I can make." She smiled and I quickly took off upon hearing this.

Miso POV
I sighed as I looked at the contents of the fridge.
"Enoki, beef, tofu, eggs, milk and cheese?" I laughed, taking the ingredients out of the fridge.
"I'm back! They gave us 3 packs and some dumplings!" Jake laughed, taking his shoes off with his hands full of food.
I laughed as he placed them down on the countertop.
"Mhh! Are the rest eating with us? I know Jieun is eating with Aureum..." I smiled.
"None of them are, they all went for barbecue and I don't want to eat alone..." He laughed.
I nodded and smiled.

Jieun POV
"Literally oh my goodness like Jake totally has a thing for Miso!" Soyeon gasped, switching the topic.
"Right? Like he wanted to sit with HER instead of ME." Hajoon scoffed.
"Oh and he kicked us all out just so he could eat dinner alone with her!" Mina huffed.
"Oh and when he came back he literally had lunch with her ON THE ROOFTOP." Aureum chimed in.
"And did you notice?" Yeonjin asked, looking at me.
"Notice what?" I asked awkwardly.
"Jake offered her chips while you were sleeping and they sat together until the end of the bus ride." He informed.
I gasped upon hearing this.
"What?" I let out, shocked.
"Mhh and not to mention that she's literally the first girl on his insta other than his dog." Soyeon laughed, sipping on her soda.
"That's what I'm saying? Chaesoo isn't even on there." Mina exclaimed.
"But isn't it an arranged thing? Some investment stuff going on." I asked.
"Oh yeah! And apparently Chaesoo has a thing for him but Jake totally hates her." Soyeon laughed.
"No way? They're so good at playing it off." Mina scoffed.
"Right... It's pretty insane..." Aureum sighed.

Miso POV
"Here! A glass of milk." I smiled, handing Jake a full glass of milk while I drank the half-filled one.
"Thanks!" He smiled, handing me a pair of chopsticks along with a bowl before sitting down.
We excitedly dove our chopsticks into the food after a long day of packing and travelling.
"Here." Jake smiled, handing me a bowl filled with food before taking my empty one.
"Thanks!" I smiled before quickly taking a bite.

"What are you doing?" I asked, walking out of the bathroom after finishing up my skincare.
"The dishes, why?" Jake laughed.
"You? Dishes?" I joked, approaching the sink.
Upon reaching the sink, I quickly noticed the bowls with food crumbs on them.
"Have you washed those?" I asked, pointing at the bowls.
Jake quickly nodded and smiled, continuing to scrub the cups.
"Ah... I see..." I smiled before quickly walking away.
"Rich people and chores do not mix!!" I mumbled, walking back to my room.
A while later, I heard the water stop and the door shut and I quickly rushed over to the sink to check on the dishes.
As expected... crumbs.
I sighed before quickly washing the dishes before Jake noticed.
To my dismay, Jake quickly came out of his room with a bag of chips.
I quickly stopped the water and dried my hands before turning around.
"Hey!" He smiled.
"Hey!" I replied.
"Uhm... you up for some chips?" He asked, holding up the bag.
"Sure!" I laughed nervously as we both made our way to the table.

"Hehe thanks guys!" I heard from the other side of the door.
The door opened to reveal the rest of the group had returned from dinner.
"Hey! How was your barbecue?" I asked, snacking on a chip.
"Barbecue?" Hajoon asked, confused.
"Yeah! Didn't you guys go and eat some barbecue?" I laughed.
I saw Jakes leg nudge Hajoon and he quickly responded to it.
"Ah! Yeah we did! It was soooo good!" Hajoon laughed.
"Oh yeah! And the pork was sooo good!" Jieun quickly added.
"And! and it was sooo fresh too the meat just melted in your mouth." Soyeon quickly added as the rest agreed.
"I see..." I laughed as the rest quickly followed with a sarcastic laugh.
"What did you guys have?" Yeonjin smiled, quickly changing the topic.
"Oh we just had some instant noodles." I smiled as the rest nodded in response.
"Anyways should we head out? I saw some people setting up a campfire." Jieun asked.
"Sure!" Jake and I replied in unison before quickly gathering our things and heading outside.
