Unexpected Affairs

Chapter 5

Along the next 3 years we've been through thick and thin going strong. Chase Dreams Tour being their first large tour would cause me, to be going months without seeing my happiness which also worried me. Closest coming up I'd be able to make it to is the Sacramento show especially since it's on his birthday but I'll have to wait 4 days and even after I wouldn't be seeing him in quite a bit.

I laid in bed and texted him to come over and pack to last him until the 26th, the day before he's leaving for the first headline Seattle show. He did and we hung out as much as we possibly could until our time had to come to an end. I helped Jake, Myles, and Kalin with their things and put it into the bottom doored compartment of the bus. Managing to push everything in, Myles laughed watching me struggle.

"Shut up ya goof and help me!!", I said giving him an annoyed look. "Oh alright.", He said rolling his eyes. When we accomplished our task he hugged me from behind. He whispered all types of things a girl would love to hear. 'Your beautiful' and 'I love you' words escaped his mouth as he nestled his head in my neck giving me a kiss on the cheek. I quickly ran into the bus and fixed Myles bed the way he likes it. All neat and cosy putting the keyboard in the back. I came out and gave each of the boys hugs. I didn't want them to leave, they each carried a piece of my heart with them and if they aren't with me it won't feel right.

"Listen Baby Girl, I'll see you in 4 days and I'll make sure to FaceTime you on your birthday alright." His lips smacked into mine a long but rushed kiss was exchanged. Kalin rushed Myles by yelling to him 'Lets go we have to be at the airport in 15!!'. "I love you Myles." I said beginning to tear but trying my hardest for them to not become visible. "Love you!!", he yelled sticking his head out the window of the Taxi making their way to the path of Seattle.

Jake, Kalin, and I were running late for our flight caused by taking too long with our goodbye's back at home. We ran through half of the Airport and by the time we made it to our planes; Kalin having a different flight, we were all out of breath. Luckily making it just in time for take-off I quickly texted Brooke:

Me: Babe, these few weeks will go by fast okay 😉

Brooke: You promise? 😔

Me: Yes I love you are flights gonna be taking off soon I'll talk to you later.

Brooke: Have a Safe flight I love you too!!

I went to the Isle where my seat was located, blessed to get a window seat. I got out the little head rest thing Brooke had packed me. I decided to sleep in hope this flight would be fast but also this tour.

You heard the flight attendant say it was time for landing so I picked up any of my belongings I happened to take on board. Jake and I exited the plane and went to the luggage claim. We saw a few fans so we said hello and took a taxi to our hotel near by. I began thinking about Brooke and tweeted

referring to Missin a song I made many years ago. Everyone knew it was about Brooke and was picking on me because it. We arrived at our hotel checked in and I threw my things onto the bed.

Brooke's POV

Now I must find things to occupy myself. I was alone in our apartment and decided to reorganize my room. I went over to my desk where I study and do my homework. While looking at all the scattered papers I came across about 30 letters each titled 'Open When You' but each being different. I opened the one labeled 'Open When I just left for tour'. It revealing to a long lettered paragraph reading:

Hey babe, I see you've found the collection of notes? I hope you like them and that they come in handy at times. I just wanted to remind you that you have a special place in my heart and I will be thinking about you every single day of this tour. I mean who can't not think about that beautiful birthmark on your wrist or your pretty light brown eyes. I love you so so much and I hope you never forget that. I'll see you in a few days don't watch too many old episodes of SpongeBob without me.
