Chapter 13

After a Month Later

The tour was beginning to come to an end and was now being continued to a finish, two more shows left after the one tonight. We were settled at a hotel near the venue for the conveniency.

It was morning, getting there the night before Kalin and I shared a room while the rest of the boys shared another. Ana felt the need to have us share a room for four reasons:

1) Kalin and I get along well, knowing him for a long period of time.

2) He was taking care of me lately and was concerned of both the baby and Is' health.

3) Ana knew the back and forth drama between Myles and I.

4) I hate being alone.

Ben thought it'd be good for the whole tour group to get Breakfast together instead of us all breaking up separately and having to wait for others to return.

We were in a rather dead group chat with everyone in it texts from Ben only half the time. This time it reading;

Good Morning everybody! If you're not awake this is your wake up call. I know the feud that had started last month that is still continuing but I feel it'd be nice to have breakfast together to seal our bonds with each other once again and maybe even talk over it at the restaurant I've chosen. Meet in front of the escalator of this floor in an hour! - Ben

I wasn't the most excited to do this, but I wasn't just going to say no completely. Ben had a point and I agreed.

I got ready, Kalin did so also and we walked out together to the meeting point. Myles was also there before us with Jake.

Myles looked as if he'd completely given up. He was dressed in some basketball shorts, a hoodie, and some slippers. His face very scruffy, greasy, and his hair looked like it hadn't been done for days. I felt sympathetic. He was once a person whom I loved, even though his actions haven't been the best lately it's hard to see someone you know even like that.

We sat on the floor in front of the elevator waiting for the others. Jake and Kalin were conversing while I sat there on my phone, and Myles sitting there silently. Their were multiple times where I'd come back from the little glass screen of the cyber world and see his brown eyes glare into mine.

Eventually everyone met up and we  squeezed into the small elevator which made me slightly claustrophobic. I began to sweat and was breathing heavily.

Kalin then asked if I was okay as two unknown people exited to their floor which gave him enough room to hug me from behind. I was shocked by his actions and quickly told him to release me.

Myles shot a deathly look towards us and rolled his eyes shortly followed by a childish remark, "Maybe the kid is Kalin's." Anger hitting every part of my body as I stormed out of the elevator taking the stairs back to the hotel room.

Running up the stairs I was followed by Myles getting closer and closer up behind me. Making my way to the door he hindered me by stretching himself before the door.

"I apologize for saying that, it slipped out and I didn't mean to propose that answer especially in front of everybody embarrassing not only you but myself." Explaining his unacceptable actions.

"How many times has it been you'd have to apologize and explain yourself Myles? I'm tired of this. Why must I get treated this way? Am I just some doll you get to fuck around with here and there? I'm not alright? I'd like to be treated with respect and that also goes towards this baby, it's yours Myles own up to the shit you create!" I yelled in his face many residents of the hotel peeping out of their doors.

"Look I don't know how many people you could've slept with while we were broken up." He said rubbing the back of his neck.

"That is so rude of you to say. I was pregnant when we were together! You were the only person I loved, I was heartbroken when we broke up! I'm highly offended do-n.." I trailed off. I couldn't hear well and don't know if I'd fallen or was the closest bit to okay.

When I woke I was laying on my hotel bed. The muffled noises of what sounded like Kalin and Myles shouting at each other. When I was actually able to open my eyes Kalin was sitting next to where I laid.

"Brooke, Brooke are you okay?" He said staring at me worried.

"Yes, I'm just really dizzy. Did I fall?" Rubbing my damp head.

"No, Myles caught you." He said with a sigh, I couldn't tell if it was out of relief or disappointment it wasn't him who did.

"I'm taking you to the hospital, just to make sure everything is alright." Staring at his phone.

We met with a doctor, introducing ourselves he'd done check up on me and delivered us news.
