Angry alpha pheromones filled up the locker room. The blonde omega whimpered trying to cover her nose with her sweater.
"You don't need to know her fucking name, Bakugo." Kiri seethed, his fangs flashing towards his best friend. "And you" he snarled towards the omega "Need to remember your place. No respectable omega would hit on a married alpha who has a pup with his MATE. Do you want to have a reputation for being a home wrecking whore?! Because I would be more than happy to start those rumors, so get your gear and get the fuck out of here. If you so much as look at Bakugo, I will go straight to Mirko and have her fire your skanky ass!"
The omega cowered, whispered an apology before running out of the locker room, distressed pheromones trailing behind her. Kiri then turned on his friend with a look of disgust on his face. "What the fuck is wrong with you? Checking out another omega?! If you do anything to hurt Mido I will break your face." With that Kiri slammed his locker and stomped away, but not before giving Bakugo one last glare.
"What is wrong with me? Why would I look at another omega with interest? Are things between me and Deku really that bad?" He couldn't help feeling ashamed of himself. Yes, at this moment, things are bad between him and his mate, and it's all his fault. He needs to spend more time at home, take Deku out on dates, reconnect with him. "All these years of being quirkless can't be easy for him, and I'm making them worse. I'll go to Inko's with a big bouquet of flowers and ask him on a proper date where we can talk."
One heartfelt apology, a candlelight dinner and a night of passionate lovemaking are enough for Deku to come back home. Katsuki promised to be a better alpha, and he was..until yet again, he wasn't.
Time Skip: 4 Years Later.
Things had been much better between the two after their first big fight. Katsuki became a more attentive and loving alpha and father. Izuku, even though it hurt him emotionally, barely spoke about getting his quirk back. He knew it bothered his mate, so he kept his hopes and dreams to himself. It's not like talking about it will give him more of a chance of getting his quirk back.
Instead, Izuku takes up two new hobbies. He found himself loving to paint. He can spend hours in the kitchen surrounded by oil paints. He started with the basics, and is now good enough that his friends have bought some of his pieces. Izuku loves seeing his art hung up on their dining room, kitchen or living room walls. Kaminari tells him that he should sell them at a gallery his friend owns. So he does. His paintings go flying off the walls, everybody wants to own a rare Hero Deku work of art.
Although Izuku loves to paint, it can be very time consuming and he has a family to take care of. In case you are wondering why Izuku hasn't taken a job in law enforcement, it's because he admitted that he wouldn't hesitate running into action to save citizens. Unfortunately, being quirkless makes you a liability. He thought about going into quirk analysis, but it made him sad thinking about other people's quirks when his is still dormant. Also, mass paperwork is tedious.
Izuku's second hobby is cooking. He already knows how to make food, but he doesn't know how to make it pretty. He's seen other kids taking bento boxes filled with Onigiri in fun shapes and he wants to make things like that for Luna. His daughter has become more difficult to please and Izuku wants to make her happy.
Speaking of Luna, she's 7 years old now and is in the 2nd grade. Their relationship has been stained ever since Izuku had taken Luna away from her father for those few days 4 years ago. Luna is very attached to her sire. Even if Katsuki is bone tired, he still finds the energy to brush his daughter's hair and listen to her tell him all about her day. Then she asks about his while grabbing him a glass of milk and cookies.
Izuku watches them fondly. He loves their relationship and wishes he could be that close with his pup. Izuku has tried several times to get closer, but Luna brushes him off, sometimes being downright disrespectful. The worst part is that Katsuki doesn't seem to really care. His relationship is fine with Luna, and Katsuki doesn't understand why Izuku can't fix things between them by himself. "She's just a kid, Deku. Be a better fucking Dam and maybe she will respect you."
