It's been three weeks since he left home. Izuku scratches his neck, the soft leather collar is itchy in the summer heat, but he must get used to wearing one now. All unmated omegas are required to wear them to keep unwanted markings from happening. It's been so long since he's worn a collar, that he had forgotten how uncomfortable they can be until the leather softens.

His fingers make their way under the collar, his nimble fingers grazing over the bumpy skin from the mating mark that he hadn't removed yet. Even after divorcing Katsuki, he couldn't bring himself to remove the mark. He's kinda glad he hasn't, especially after finding out that Katsuki had never been unfaithful. All those times he had come home smelling like other omegas was because he had held an omega while rescuing them or had brushed up against a co-worker. Ochako has been working at the same agency as Bakugo since the blonde had transferred, and even though omegas would flirt with him, he would tell them to fuck off or leave him alone.

Izuku had asked for Katsuki's cellphone activity to see what messages his mate had been reading that made him blush. Turns out they were photo shopped pics of him naked or wearing something scandalous. Denki had been sending them to him because the electric hero found them hilarious. Izuku could only guess that Katsuki hadn't wanted to show him because it was too embarrassing. Other messages had been from either him, Inko, Katsuki's parents or friends. No mysterious omegas.

Izuku knew all that now, but the way his family had treated him was more than enough of a reason for getting a divorce. Both Katsuki and Luna had been cruel to him, heaping the blame for their problems on him. Since turning over his parental rights to Katsuki, Izuku hadn't talked to or seen his pup. He hadn't seen or spoken to his former mate either.

There had been no need for a formal divorce since the two had signed a prenuptial agreement and had kept their incomes separate as well. Izuku had never been more grateful that his lawyers had brought that option up before he had married Bakugo. In case of infidelity or abuse, a divorce would be granted immediately. Izuku couldn't prove infidelity, but he had been able to prove verbal abuse because he had recorded their arguments and Luna's behavior as well.

It had been a stretch proving it to a judge, but Izuku had hired a good team and were able to convince the judge to grant a divorce without Katsuki needing to sign anything. Izuku winced when the judge had laid into him on how cold and cruel he was being towards his young pup. He was saying that Luna needs him, and he wanted Izuku to get counseling after a short amount of time apart. Izuku had agreed to that, but told the judge that he wouldn't see Luna if Katsuki was with her. One month. He would get one short month apart from Luna before the court ordered therapy began.

Since the news had broken about his divorce from Dynamite, Izuku had been hounded by the media daily. They had found out about the separation when a nearby news reporter had caught Izuku entering an Omegan clinic that specializes in mark removals. Izuku exiting with a new collar had sealed their suspicions. That very night the local news was blasting about Hero Deku and Hero Dynamite severing their bond. Rumors as to why were all over social media. Some on Deku's side while others favoring Katsuki, but they all agreed that Luna must be suffering greatly.

Speaking of Luna, Izuku had heard that Katsuki had gone off on the school and had gotten a couple kids expelled. He didn't want to know why. Izuku was sure that the kids were probably being mean to Luna since the separation. He did feel bad for his pup, but was still hurting over Luna smugly gloating about her Papa finding a new omega, one with a quirk.

Inko had told him that Luna misses him and isn't doing well. The older omega has been very vocal about how extremely unhappy she is with Izuku. Inko understands about Katsuki, but Luna is a 7-year-old pup who needs her Dam. Izuku has gone to bed several times crying over his decision about Luna. He didn't know what he could do about her now, he had already signed over custody to his mate.
