"Aaaand, done!" Ace slammed his pencil on his desk and looked over his work. After Riddle's lecture ended 30 minutes ago, Ace decided to be a good student for once and do his homework at a reasonable hour, a task that was done in five minutes as he copied every answer word for word from Yuu's copy. Truly, the epitome of a good student. Satisfied with himself, Ace put his homework aside and pulled out his phone before opening up Magicam in the hopes of something to entertain him.

"Want to be praised for your hard work ethic and mind? Head to Mostro Lounge for a free beverage and one-on-one with Azul Ashengrotto to put that to good use! We are not trying to get you to sign a contract. I've changed. ~ Azul Ashengrotto"

"..." After staring at the post for a while, Ace silently tapped Azul's profile before blocking him and continuing his scrolls.

"Hey, hey! Have you guys watched Crazy In Love yet? That movie was crazy scary! Haha, get it? Crazy In Love was crazy? I think I'm funny. Anyways, who wants to match profile pics with me? I'm looking at you, Vil. Plzzzzzz!!! RESPOND TO MY DM'S. ~ CayCay♡"

"Oh, this just hurts to look at." Ace said before swiping.

"????" Ace swiped.

"guys. stop sending me spoilers when i told you not to. it's literally killing me. like, i'm dying as i'm writing this. everything's fading to black. oh god. see, this it what happens when you send spoilers. you kill people. i'm dead. aaaaaaaaaaaaaah. ~ idia._.ig"

"I should send more later." He swiped.

"WHAT IS CRAZY IN LOVE AND WHY DO I KEEP SEEING IT ON MY FEED. EXPLAIN HUMANS. EXPLAIN!!!$!$$>88÷>>89999!!! ~ SEBEK ZIGVOLT"

"He even screams online? What?" Ace swiped.

"You know how the man died at the end of Crazy In Love? How he was stabbed with a stake? Can someone do that to me? ....Wait, Kalim doesn't follow me, does he? Is this my alt account?? ~ Jamil Viper"

The more Ace scrolled on his phone, the more posts he would see praising the movie Crazy In Love. There would even be some posts that weren't related to the movie at all, yet, there would be comments recommending or referencing the film. After a while of these same reoccurring references or praises, Ace started to get annoyed.

He muttered, "How come everyone's obsessing over that movie? It wasn't even a good movie to begin with. I swear, they do this with every trending movie."

Ace got up from his desk and threw himself on his bed, his phone being tossed to the side without a care in the world. He flipped himself to face the ceiling and started to doze off, wondering if he could convince Trey to bake him a cherry pie as he faintly remembered its deliciousness from his dream.

"Hmm..." His mouth started to water.

Vrrrrr! Vrrrrr!

Ace turned his head to the right and saw that someone had sent him a message on his phone. Ace reached for his phone and put it in front of his face to read the message.

"Party in two days!! Whoooooooo! Can't wait to see you there! You told Deuce, right?"

It was a text from Yuu talking about the party. Ace didn't have the chance to tell Deuce as he immediately fell asleep the moment he returned to the dorm, so at the moment, it was only Ace who was aware.

"Nah, he immediately passed out as soon as we entered the dorm. Don't worry though, I'll tell him when he wakes up."

Ace was about to send another message talking about his excitement but before he could, Yuu sent him another text.

"Well, you better. Anyways, are you busy at the moment?"

Ace responded, "No, why? What's up?"

"Well... I underestimated how many party streamers we would need for the event and I didn't get as many as I'd like. Plus, it didn't help that Grim started viciously destroying them and throwing them at the ghosts because he thought it would be funny. Okay, maybe it was a little funny. Anyways, you said I could ask for a favor due to my generosity, so I hope it's not too much of a bother if you went to Sam's Shop and picked a couple up. Don't worry, this was the only thing I didn't have enough of, so you dont have to worry about running around carrying all sorts of party things."

Ace groaned in annoyance. He was quite comfortable on his bed and didn't want to leave it just yet. He looked over the message again before remembering how he said he'd help Yuu out if they needed it. Clearly, he probably wouldn't have said that if he knew it would mean having to get up after getting so comfortable. After debating for a bit, Ace lifted himself off his bed and texted back.

"Yeah, yeah, don't worry. I'll head over right now. What colors do you want? Blue and green?"

"If you get those colors, I'll kill you." As he read Yuu's response, Ace laughed. "Just red and pink. Also, don't expect me to pay you back."

After that final text from Yuu, Ace sighed and put his phone away before leaving the comfort of his bed behind. Now, he would be heading to Sam's Shop in the ruthless and difficult search for blue and green party streamers.
