**Niklaus**
August 22nd, 1374
Her screams echoed through the foggy air, my heart ached at the sound. I ran as fast as physically possible, pushing myself to the brink as I raced to her agonizing screams. I couldn't get through the trees fast enough.
I stopped running when she went silent, hearing only the heavy breathing and sighs of her attacker. When I reached the scene, my stomach groaned. Her blood splattered on the tree behind her limp body and covered my brother from head to toe. I launched myself at him, my hand instinctively gripping his throat with no mercy.
He laughed wickedly and looked down at her body. I followed his gaze, my Princess, lay dying on the dirty ground. Her heartbeat was slow, almost unnoticeable.
"I should rip your spine from your back." I spat at him, fury lased in my words. I felt my eyes turn monstrously and the veins under them darken. The sweet scent of her blood reached my nose. I growled out, anger, pain, sadness, and hunger coursing through me.
"What is stopping you, brother?" He asked with a smirk. He enjoyed my rage, but when I start ripping him limb from limb, he will learn to fear it. I squeezed his throat tighter, digging my nails into his skin and drawing blood. He hissed at me and I smiled.
"Nik," Rebekah called as she and Elijah came to us. Elijah looked at Priscilla's body with sad eyes and a pained expression, Rebekah was shocked with her hand covering her mouth. I looked back at my lover's body, her heart had stopped. Tears threatened to spill as I looked at her pale skin, the life drained from her.
"Let him go, Niklaus." Elijah approached me slowly, his hands raised defensively as he attempted to calm me.
"He killed her!" I screamed, my voice strained from the tears that approached. Brother or not, he would suffer for what he did to her.
"She is not dead," Rebekah whispered like it was a secret. I threw Kol against another tree, leaving him to hunch over in pain as I stepped toward the dead girl.
"Look at her, Rebekah. He drained her. Hear her heart, it stopped. She is dead." I wanted to scream to the sky, let the heavens know my pain.
"She will come back..." She whispered again. I looked at her angrily, how dare she say that? Priscilla was dead.
Rebekah looked sadly at the Human body again, walking slowly toward her. She knelt beside her and swept the hair out of her face. "She kept getting herself hurt. Always bloody and bruised. From Kol, her father, and accidents. I just wanted to help her..."
"Rebekah...what are you saying?" Elijah asked as he stepped toward her. I watched them silently. I didn't want to speak, I was hurting.
"When she started ignoring us...I started putting my blood in her tea..." My jaw dropped as a tear fell down my cheek. Rebekah's blood was in her system, she would come back to me.
I sighed happily as I walked toward my lover's limp body. I sat against the tree she lay beside and pulled her into my lap. I stroked her hair as I waited for her to wake.

**Priscilla**
My body ached as I tried to open my eyes. I groaned as I pushed myself to sit up, finding my hands against a soft bed instead of the hard round. I glanced around the room cautiously. The Mikaelson's stood around my room with hard expressions. Kol was tied up on the couch by the hearth. I looked at Niklaus with confusion, he stared at me with glossy eyes and a tiny grin. How was I alive?
