SCARLETT

As we pulled into a VIP parking spot, there was a line of people waiting to get in. A massive and tall dark-skinned man was the bouncer. He was taller than every single person in line. Anyone who tried to sneak in underage or if anyone started fights, they would easily get taken out by this man.
Xavier got out of the car, walking around to open my own door. He extended a hand as the other rested on the car door. Taking his hand without hesitation, he helped me out of the car. He kept a gentle grip on my hand as we began walking towards the entrance way. Above the bouncer was a large neon sign with the words Guns N' Roses on it. It had the word entrance written underneath in smaller words with an arrow pointing towards the door.
Coming up to the door, the man ignored the lineup, instantly turning towards Xavier and I with a pleasant grin on his face. "Ah! Xavier! I was wondering when you would show up!" He was practically shouting since the music could be heard from outside the building. He glanced in my direction. "And who is this fine looking young lady? Another Stripteaser? She looks underage." He laughed, proud of his words.
"Easy now, Cyrus. She's with me." Xavier warned. "This is Scarlett."
Cyrus gave me an apologetic glance. "My apologies, Scarlett. I hope you find no offense in my words."
I gave him a soft smile. "No harm done." He was right. I was too young to be here but the guy didn't seem to care with Xavier by my side.
He seemed satisfied with my answer, opening the rope to let us in. "Best be going in. There's others waiting."
Xavier pulled me inside. He kept walking through the crowd, ignoring everyone that tried to talk to him. He kept pulling me until we got to a set of stairs. As he led me up the stairs, there was a whole other area other than the huge dance floor and bar downstairs. Upstairs there were curtained off rooms and some were un-curtained, revealing small rooms with red crescent sofas where there were poles in the centers. It was obvious that this part was for strippers and private entertainment.
Xavier pulled me to another area, revealing an even bigger crescent sofa. Like the others, there was a pole in the center. Xavier let go of my hand, sitting down in the center of the sofa. He leaned back, putting his arms above the sofa. He gestured towards the pole.
"Show me what you got."
"What makes you think I can dance?" I questioned, raising a brow.
"You seem to keep forgetting that I've been watching you, Scar. I know you can dance."
Rolling my eyes, I knew he wouldn't give up. He wanted this. He craved it. Only I wouldn't give him exactly what he wanted. I would do something better. As the beat of the music increased, I started to roll my hips along with the beat. Walking towards Xavier, he was grinning as I swung my hips from side to side. Turning around, I started to grind against his lap. His hands moved to my waist, pulling me towards him as I continued to grind myself against him. He grabbed my hair suddenly, giving it a firm pull so that my head rested against his shoulder. He started to kiss my neck, breathing heavily as he did so.
"What else you got?" He whispered seductively.
I turned around him, adjusting myself above his throbbing world. I started to grind up against him again as his hands roamed my body. He trailed kisses all around my exposed neck and chest before suddenly stopping a few seconds later.
Before I could respond or react, Xavier wrapped an arm around me, pulling me more firmly onto his lap. Three men came walking towards us. It was clear they weren't welcome in this area because Xavier suddenly tensed up.
"Am I interrupting?" The shorter man said like he didn't even care. His voice was deep and mean as he spoke. His eyes trailed my body. A hunger filling them. One that made me uncomfortable as he winked, licking his lips. "Perhaps I could have a turn." He said, causing Xavier to tighten his grip around me.
"You're not welcome here. Javier. Now fuck off." Xavier warned, pressing a small button on the arm of the sofa. Within seconds, two men came from the other side of the area, standing beside Xavier with their guns showing from their holsters. I recognized them instantly. Tyler and Terrance.
"Oh, come on now, Xavier. We're family. You wouldn't tell your only cousin to leave, would you?"
"I believe I just did." Xavier pushed me off of him, pulling me to sit beside him. Only he stood a second later, standing in front of me. He pulled back his leather jacket, revealing a gun attached to his belt.
Javier snickered. "Can't we have a civil conversation without flashing each other? Besides, I'm on official business."
Xavier sat down, gesturing for Javier to sit. As he did, a woman dressed in skimpy pink lingerie, came with a tray of wine glasses and a bottle of Don Julio 1942. She poured the glasses, handing them to the three of us as Javier's two men stayed where they were.
"So what do you want, Javier? You're ruining my night." Xavier leaned back, taking a sip of his drink.
"Well, perhaps your little entertainer here can be of use while we talk." Javier gestured towards me.
"I have plenty of entertainers. Have your pick."
"Come, girl." Javier looked at me as he patted his lap. "Take your dress off and sit on my lap."
"In your dreams!" I spat, causing me to get a warning glare from Xavier.
Javier snickered. "Feisty. So the rumors are true." He paused. "Do you have any idea how many people are looking for her? There's a high price out there."
"I'm aware." Xavier took another sip of his drink. "What I'm unaware of, is why you allowed yourself to get involved. She's with me and I plan to keep it that way. But do tell me. What did that scum of the earth, Darren, promise to give you?"
"All the cash I could carry."
"Ah, yes. Of course you would do anything for money. The problem is you're in my nightclub. You won't get very far." Xavier gestured to the men beside him. They nodded, moving in sync as they escorted Javier's men out of sight.
Javier stood, beginning to walk away. "Well if this is how it must be. I'll be seeing you around, Xavier." He stopped, turning to look at me. "He will get what he wants. And so will I."
Leaning my head back, I let out a sigh of frustration as the men disappeared. "When will this end!" I groaned, slamming my fist on the sofa.
Xavier chuckled. "Well I have my guesses but I'm sure you don't want to hear them. He paused, pulling me towards him once again, whispering into my ear. "Now, where were we? I believe you still owe me a proper dance."
