M.R.

The second I sat down next to Thorne, her head snapped. She looked around quickly, before leaning in to whisper: ,,That's the third time this week, Riddle! Don't you think you overdoing it a little?"

Smirking in amusement at her anger, I gently grabbed her shoulder and turned her back to the table. ,,Shut it, Thorne..." I whispered back. ,,Just make it look believable!" It was indeed the third morning this week, that I came over to her table at breakfast.

Still grumbling slightly, she hesitantly wrapped her arms around me as always, holding on just a few seconds too long for a "we're just friends"- kind of hug. Slowly but surely, she was getting the hang of it more and more.

,,And, if you have a problem with me coming to see my amazing girlfriend at the Ravenclawtable, there is always the option for you to come see you're amazing boyfriend at his Slytherintable..."

She snorted and went back to her breakfast. ,,Oh yeah, keep on dreaming Riddle. There is no way in hell I'm spending my morning with your hideous group of friends, no matter how amazing my boyfriend here is. And, just in case you forgot: this is only level three. We're not even dating yet..."

I looked at her from the side with a fair amount of admiration. She was always so good with her comebacks, it was getting a little playful.

,,Come on Thorne, the boys are not that bad..." I tried again.

She suddenly turned towards me. ,,You wanna know what I think about them?" she asked, raising her eyebrows.

I knew better than to answer, so I just reached out, grabbed her fork and put a piece of her scrambled eggs on it.

Her face got even colder, as I held the piece of food on the fork in front of her face. ,,Come on, be a nice business partner..."

She looked down on the fork coldly, while I moved it slightly towards her mouth. ,,No way in hell, Riddle!" she hissed.

Still smirking, I moved the fork even closer to her. ,,Don't be so stubborn, Thorne. Come on, people are starring already..."

She shook her head slightly, only for me to notice. ,,Take that thing away from me."

Unbothered by her protest, I kept my smile and urged her again to eat the piece of food from the fork in my hand. ,,Thorne... It's perfect for level three, don't you think?" I whispered.

Silently cursing she rolled her eyes, but finally leaned in slightly and hesitantly, the wish to kill me visible in her eyes.

I nodded satisfied. ,,There we go. Now open..."

To my surprise, she did as told and carefully took the piece of egg from the fork.

,,Great, we're now on hand-feeding-level!" I whispered, and could tell just how mad that made her.

If looks could kill, I would have been a dead man by now. But so, she just wiped her mouth gracefully with the tip of her finger and turned back towards the table.

,,Do you remember, what today is, Riddle?" she asked, suddenly calm.

I shrugged. ,,Friday?"

,,And?"

,,And what, Thorne? What do you expect me to say?"

,,You really don't remember?"

,,Well, obviously not! Just tell me, god damn it..."

She chuckled, grabbed her bag and stood up from the table.
