,,What do you think, Mr Riddle?" Snape suddenly asked me. ,,Would Draco decide against his parents and help us? How do you see him?"

I hesitated and thought for a second. ,,Well, I... He's always been scared of his father, but very close to his mother at the same time, so i don't know..."

Snape nodded. ,,He'd never let Narcissa get hurt. But since Lucius is one of the most popular and influential deatheaters... He'll have to choose a side sooner or later."

,,Blaise and Theodore will help us, I know that." I said quickly. ,,Blaise loves his mom, and I'm pretty convinced she won't be at the meeting because she wants to, but because she's scared of what would happen if she wouldn't. And Theodore... He's been living with his uncle since his parents died, in the first war. They hate each other, and Theodore won't give a fuck about what happens to him."

,,Ms Zabini could help us, but maybe she's too scared for that too." Snape gave back. ,,As for Mr Nott... I take it he'll help us with no regards."

,,Even if Ms Malfoy and Ms Zabini don't actively help us, we should take care that neither of them gets hurt in the process." Penny said, biting on her lip. ,,Blaise and Draco would loose it."

Snape gave her a look, like he wanted to say something. 

Penny looked back at him. ,,Luna." she eventually said. ,,I'll bring Valery to the Lovegoods during the time we're at Malfoy Manor, she'll be safe there."

Frowning, I looked between her and Professor Snape. Both of them had been having these weird moments during this whole conversation, when they would stop talking and just stare at each other, until one of them nodded. 

,,This might be really stupid question..." I interrupted, raising one hand slightly. ,,But is it possible, that the two of you are saying more than I can hear?"

,,Oh, it's nothing." Penny answered, giving me a little smile. ,,I'm just practising my legilimency a little."

,,And you didn't bother to tell me?" I asked, frowning at her. ,,I'm just standing here?"

She tilted her head to the side, and suddenly her voice was in my head. I'm sorry, darling. I just didn't want to remind you about what happened before you came here. 

Rolling my eyes, I crossed my arms in front of my chest. ,,Why? I can take it."     

,,Can you? I don't want you to go through it again." Penny gave back, placing a gentle hand on my shoulder. 

Scoffing quietly, I brushed it off. ,,I'm fine. And I'd really appreciate it, if both of you could continue the conversation verbally." 

Phersephone sighed and turned back towards Snape. ,,Valery will be safe at Luna's, until we come back."

Snape nodded slowly, observing me with an unreadable expression. ,,The meeting is in six days..."

,,Father, Marcus, Jane and me are leaving from here in four. I have to get Valery away before that." Phersephone added. 

,,Mr Riddle, will you stay here or return to your brother until then?"

I looked up at him. ,,I... ah... Tom said he'd leave for Malfoy Manor in two days already. I think, I... I would like to stay here?" 

Penny looked over at me. ,,Of course you're staying. We can travel together." 

,,Do you plan on telling your brother about that?" Snape asked towards me.

,,I don't think he'd really care how I get to the Manor. He's only interested in me actually being there." I gave back coldly, trying to hide my inner conflict.
