FW (Talks about suicide)

"I hate my life! if I was dead would anyone even notice?" I say to myself as tears stream down my face. I wipe my tears and walk out if my room, when I walk out I hear nothing. Then I remember that it was a Friday so no one was going to be here. I walk down stairs but stop at a picture of me and my family a couple months back. I looked so happy but now I look like shut and feel like shit.

I make my way to the kitchen only to find a note with my name on it. I open it suspiciously and see that it's from spencer. I unfold it as quickly as possible. "Really spencer? You couldn't just talk to me face to face?" I say as I let out a weak chuckle and start to read.

"Dear Liv, I'm sorry if this is a weird way to communicate with you but I figured you didn't want to see me since.. we'll you know. Anyways I was wondering if you knew about the homecoming dance that's tonight. Oh who am I kidding of course you know. But what I'm trying to say is, do you want to go with me and jordan to homecoming? And don't worry I already asked coach baker if you can come and he said all we have to do is keep an eye on you. So with that being said YES OR NO? And by the way wear black! See you tonight.

Just by reading that note I don't want to be mad at Spencer anymore but he broke my trust so I don't think I can.

Spencer James

"Do you boy know what you guys are going to wear tonight?" Coach baker asked. "Yeah me and spencer are going to wear black" Jordan says as I start thinking about Olivia all over again. "Yall gonna leave the house looking fly" coach baker says draging the 'y'. We both let out a light chuckle then get into the car. For what seemed like a 40 minute drive that really was a 10 minute drive we made it back to the bakers house.

"Is Mrs. Baker here?" I ask and he shakes his head 'no'. Thats weird someone was supposed to be watching Olivia. "Speaking of Laura your mom just texted me and told me to grab you jordan." Coach baker says. "Why me?" Jordan says as I let out a quiet laugh. "Because someone has to watch Olivia and you two argue alot so that's a no go" he says droping me off.

As I walk into the bakers house I see Olivia sleeping peacefully on the couch. I grab the blanket next to her that had fallen on the ground and but it on her. I admire how beautiful she is until I get snapped back into reality by my phone vibration. I take my phone out my pocket and see it's a text from coop.

COOP💀:
Yo spencer you got a date?

Spence🖕🏿💫:
Something like that. Why?

OOP💀:

I was gonna tell you to bring your date over and they can get ready with patience.

Spencer🖕🏿💫:
You don't even know who I'm bringing🤣

COOP💀:
I just figured you were bringing Liv to homecoming

Spencer🖕🏿💫:
Well yes me and Liv will be there.

COOP💀:
okay see you when your here

Olivia Baker

When I wake up I see spencer sitting right next to me. "Well look who's awake" he says slightly smiling. I smile but don't say anything. We sit their in an uncomfortable silence until I decide to speak up. "I'm sorry" I say with his head whipping up faster than flash. "I'm sorry spencer, I should have told you about my anxiety and how I was trying to drown it out with drinking.... I promise it wasn't my intention to not tell you I just didn't know how to. I understand why you told my parents and I also understand that you want the best for me" I say with my throat getting dry.

"I'm sorry too, I knew you didn't want me to tell your parents but I ignored your feelings. I am also sorry that you can't trust me with your feelings and how you feel like you can't tell me anything. But Liv i just want the best for you. Your my best friend and I wouldn't want to lose you like how I lost my chicken wings." He says making me laugh.

"I don't want to lose you either." I say. "Oh and by the way yes I'll go with you and jordan to homecoming" I say making him smile more. I get up and give him a very warm embrace. While I'm giving him the hug I feel butterflies, something i never felt before. We pull away and he tells me to get my dress because we are going to coops house. I do as he says and we are on our way.

2 hours later

"Spence I'm readyyyy" I say draging the 'y'. I walk around the corner to see spencer in a black suite. As I walk towards him I see his eyes light up. "You look beautiful" he says and that same feeling from the hug earlier came back. "You both look great" patience says making me chuckle. "Let's take a picture" I say as they all get into the camera fram.

When we finish taking the picture we walk out to coops car and spencer opens the door for me. "Such a gentleman" I say. "I know" he says pretending to dust something on his shoulders off.
