I have an eating disorder .. obviously
I'm overweight and very unhappy about it
I've always been a bit  chubbier or atleast felt like it
I tried loosing weight a few times as a kid
I started trying to loose weight more seriously in 2021
First I was trying to be more active doing such things as dancing and going on walks
That didn't do much cause I was lazy and depressed aka had no motivation to be consistent
I've been restricting on food a lot more since spring 2022
In 2023 I started fasting for multiple days on ends
2023 was a year where I struggled A LOT
I'm depressed and anxious and I gained and lost the same weight continuously throughout the whole year
I couldn't stay on track for a long time
Which is why I always gained back the weight I had lost
I don't have much stability in my life
