The day after a binge
I'm gonna weight myself now but it's like I actually can't get up
I'm not at school again and had a huge fight with my mom because of it
I'm really scared of what the number on the scale will say because yesterday (before the binge) it said 83.2kg which is a new hw
It also said 85kg but that was just because the scale is a bit dysfunctional
I know that it was because of water weight cause I drank 4L water yesterday but it was defeating
And then I binged
