Ok sooo I went out and got:
- Coca Cola Zero
- Coca Cola Zero vanilla
- Coca Cola Zero cherry
- Sugar free chewing gum
- lentil cakes (?) (kind of like rice cakes)
- "sugar free" strawberry jam
- white monster
- and some "supplements" for weightlossLet's go
I'm actually quite excited
I want to loose weight again
Like I did in October
I miss my lw (which wasn't even that low compared to others but still )So far I've consumed 255 cals
I regret the protein drink because it was 208 cals and it actually made me hungry aka I started craving food
But I just drank some Diet Coke and that stopped it
I'm so glad that I have the things nowI haven't weighted myself since yesterday at 2am
So my last stats are 82.1kg
The scale is kind of broken so it's never really accurate
Which could demotivate me if it says a high number
So I won't weight myself until tomorrow morning atleast
Because I also drank and ate already which means I'd weight more
I don't want to discourage myself
Maybe if I don't binge I won't weight myself until Monday morning
And I hope that I'll be at 79.9kg or something on Monday
I CAN DO THIS

My plan for now is to only drink Diet Coke and take the supplements
And if o get like reallyyy hungry I'll eat a rice cake (it's not the right name but I don't care) with some strawberry jam aka jellyThe day is over and my intake is at 262 cals
I really do regret the protein drink
Without it, I'd be at under 100 cals
Whatever
I burned 197.8 cals in steps
And 1.701 cals in resting energy
So I'm definetly in a deficit
