First day of the IU diet !!
The IU diet consists of 1 apple in the morning , 2 sweet potatoes for lunch and 1 protein shake for dinner
Start weight: 82.2kgGot the sweet potato's in the morning
Ate two small apples for breakfast with a bit of honey
Had some chips crumbs and a bit chocolate cake
I feel very guilty about the cake not only because it's probably very high in calories but also because it probably contained eggs etc and I'm vegan
Also feel guilty cause if the honey for the same reason
Then I slept which was nice cause I didn't eat or binge
After my nap I weighted myself and was 80.0kg
Which was nice
And it actually jumped between 79.9kg-80.0kg
But just to be safe I'll go with 80kgI prepared the sweet potato in the microwave , which took some time and I got cravings so I caved and ate a bit of cake again (I was really fucking guilty) (almost cried)
I ate 3/4 of the potato and drank a lot of water
I ate a little pretzel-thingy
I already drank my goal of 2.5L water a day and have some water prepared so I'll drink atleast 3L
To keep myself distracted
I'm watching diet vlogs to keep motivated
I still don't have protein powder so I'll might get it tomorrow
Maybe I will just skip dinner and eat like the leftover potato
Or I'll drink oat milk instead
I didn't go to school today (yes I'm a minor)
Which kinda made it easier to keep on track so let's see what tomorrow is gonna be like
My goal is to do it for atleast 3 days or a week
I hope the diet works for me so I can do it end on ends
Like for a month or longer
So I actually loose weightI binged.
It was like I couldn't stop myself
You know how it's sometimes literally impossible to stop ?
Well I actually ate a lot of things that weren't vegan soo
