Adeline hadn't seen Spencer in the Library at all today which lowered her mood slightly, they had texted this morning but only until he had to work again. she decided she'd text him before she'd have dinner.

Adeline giggles at her phone and checks what time the meteor shower in a couple days would be happening before shutting it off and connecting it to her charger

She didn't check if it was charging which was a mistake...

Morgan enters Reid's hotel room and stops in his tracks noticing his smile "what's got you all giddy" Spencer hadn't even noticed the bulk man walk in "nothing, just going through the- case" he picks up a file beside him and flashes it in Derek's vision before placing it back.

"that isn't the file, this is" Derek picks up the actual file which was on Spencer's right "okay, I was texting someone" he hides his smile at the thought of Adeline "is it a girl?" Derek smirks "no"

"must be a boy-"

"no"

"I'm currently lost"

"no I mean it's none of your business" 

"wow.. I thought you were my brother"

"we are, I just don't know how to explain how she is" Spencer shrugs and Derek smirks "she?"

"goodbye, go, goodnight"

Adeline exits the library and runs into someone that just so happens to be Spencer "not again" she grumbles and looks up only to see the young genius "you didn't run into any other guys did you?" 

"I wish" Adeline jokes and hugs Spencer who was taken aback by this action, if he was being honest her vanilla sent with a tint of some sort of lemon like perfume soothed his worries "don't scare me like that- you never texted back" Adeline pulls away, Spencer slightly frowns.

"well I'm a busy man"

"fine, i'll become a busy woman until you tell me where you work"

"funny, wanna get coffee?" Spencer points to the coffee shop across the street but the brunette acts as if he didn't say anything "you're being serious" he snickers and Adeline nods.
