Trigger warnings: Talks of abduction, Torture, genital mutilation.

Emily couldn't help but stare at the drawling pinned to her cubicle. Actually, it was just one in a long list of drawings given to her by Emma and Tyler. She also has some pinned to her refrigerator at her apartment. It was a drawling of a house and in front of that house, was Tyler and Emma in the front of a house with Ryan and Emily behind them. It was the surprise Emma told them about when they were in Olympia a few weeks ago.

However one of the things that Emily and Ryan, not to mention everybody who looked at the pictures, was that the figures that represented Ryan and Emily, were holding hands and we're very close in parameter. "I think it's cute. Even Ryan's daughter wants you two to get together." Morgan said after seeing the picture.

They were all in the bullpen, and Ryan had gone to the bathroom. Emily's face turned red, "Well, I'm not sure it's that that she was thinking while she was drawing this." She said. "Actually, you spend so much time with Ryan's children that it's possible they've locked their sights onto you as their new mother." Reid said.

Emily gave him a somewhat death stare, "Linda, was and still is their mother." She stated. Reid's eyes somewhat widened, "Oh no, I meant..." He trailed off. "I think what the doc is trying to say," Rossi started, having come out of his office and joined the conversation. "Is that the kids probably see you as the maternal figure in their life. I mean, sure, they have Kelli, but she's their grandmother, and from what I hear, they only see their Aunt Paula sporadically. You're the only other person besides their father, Uncle Josh, and Grandmother that they see constantly." He explained.

Emily nodded, "I guess that makes sense." She said. She will admit that it warms her heart whenever Emma shows her her drawings. And this one already holds a special place in her heart. Ryan came back from the bathroom, "What are we talking about?" He asked as he sat down.

"Your daughter's talent at being an artist." Morgan commented. Ryan was confused for a second before realizing, "Oh, the picture." He said before looking at Prentiss. "It's a good one, isn't it?" He asked. Emily nodded with a small smile, "Yes, it is." She said. They all went back to doing paperwork.

Soon, the mail came, and the mail messenger dropped a letter on Ryan's desk. "Thanks." He said. The mail men nodded, and Ryan looked at the message. It was a letter from his old high school. He opened the letter, read it, and sighed. Emily looked at him, "That didn't sound like a happy sigh." She commented.

Ryan chuckled a little, "You know me so well." He said. He then tore the letter up and put it in the recycle bin. Morgan and Reid sort of looked at him. "Bad news?" Morgan asked. "No, just a high school committee wants me to organize a reunion for my class next year." Ryan said. Not giving any further explanation.

"I thought that you had a great high school experience?" Reid asked. Ryan looked at him, "I did." He said. "Well, your reaction shows a certain aversion to anything that could remind you of your high school -" Reid started. "Do me a favor, Reid, don't profile me." Ryan basically ordered. Reid stopped and shared a look with Morgan, who looked at Prentiss, who shrugged as if to say I don't know.

JJ then came out of her office. "We have a case." She said. "Duty calls." Ryan said as they all got up from their seats. "As always." Emily commented. They made their way into the conference room up the catwalk. Once they were all seated, JJ started.

"We're needed in Dayton, Ohio." She announced, and Ryan, who was drinking coffee, choked a little and coughed a little. Emily gently patted his back as he calmed his breathing, "You all right?" She asked. Ryan nodded and held his hand to his mouth and signaled for a second.
