The next day Skylar headed early to David's house. She wanted to get enough information go give to Caesar. After being able to get the information she was thinking of practicing with some of the weapons before going to go meet him.
As she was walking she was approaching his house when she saw a man at the front gate again. It was the same guy from two days ago, and of course he said the same thing. "Name?" he asked. Skylar gave him a big smile and answered "Crystal". Of course the man looked at her for a couple seconds and then let her in, he looked at her less time than the last time. Skylar walked passed him and headed inside. After heading inside she was trying to head to David's office, but the house was pretty big so she kind of got lost. Eventually she made it to his office, she saw that the door was closed but she went to turn the knob and it opened.
As she walked inside she saw that there was no one there, just a couple of papers all over his desk, she didn't care for that though. She headed towards the coffee stand where she was talking with David the other day, that's where the map of the building she was supposed to break into was. She walked up to it and pulled out her phone to take a picture. She took multiple pictures making sure she got every pinpoint and markings to try to get an understanding of everything she might need.
After putting her phone away she sat down, still looking at the mapping, trying to think. She was so lost in her brain the she didn't hear anybody walk in.
"Oh looks who's here early, I didn't even notice you were here" said a voice
She suddenly turned to look to see who it was, it was David. "Hey" she responded.
"What are you doing" he asked
"Just trying to sort of... study the mapping so that I can think of a strategy" she said.
David nodded his head, "smart thinking" he said, "I knew I did a good job when picking you for this, most people would just scan over it once and try to improvise it, it almost always fails."
"I guess that can be true" she said.
"Well then" he said as he walked back to his desk, "I'll let you continue your work then"
He sat down and started looking over some paper and other things that were laying around his desk, Skylar continued looking over the mapping while rubbing the side of her finger on her bottom lip, a simple gesture that she had always done when she was lost in thought or just simply trying to think. After a couple of minutes Skylar stood up and started to walk out. As she was starting to walk out David asked, "are you done?"
"Not exactly" replied Skylar, "there are a couple of things that i think might work but first i have to figure out how to do those things, so I'm heading to the weapons room."
"Ok well, have fun" he said as he continued working on his things.
Skylar walked out of the room and shut the door, she started heading down the hallway to go to the weapons room, or as David had said 'her weapon room. She wasn't exactly telling David the whole truth, she just knows to keep to herself. Skylar hadn't completely figured out a plan but she did know that she still needed to practice on her weapons, to know which would be best to take and which she was better at using. After all, Skylar cannot take the whole weapons room with her when the whole point is to be able to be swift throughout the mission. Last time she was here she practiced using small knives, this time she wanted to try something different. She looked through the cases to see which would be a good option for this mission. She noticed that there were some shuriken in the cases as well, she was amazed that David even had any, much less just keep them in a case.
