"Who the hell are you?"
Skylar slowly started to turn around.
"Don't move!"
Skylar stopped in her place.
"I am going to ask you one more time, Who the hell are you and why are you here?"
"My name is Crystal" said Skylar
"Why are you here"
"Why I am here because I found one of your amazing works of art, and I just had to meet the creator" she said
Skylar slowly moved her hand towards her pocket. She heard the gun click again, she stopped. "Watch it" said the voice. Skylar slowly continued to slowly reach into her pocket to pull out the taser like object, with the name Caesar beautifully designed on the side of it. She slowly raised her hand slightly to show it.
"You a cop?"
"Search me if you want" said Skylar as she spread her arms into a T-shape to show they she was willing to get searched. She felt as hands patted her starting from her ankles and patting their way up. Slowly up her legs and up her waist when she felt the hands grab under her boob. She slapped away the hand, "Hey, you watch it" she said. "Just making sure" said the voice. She felt the hands pat her arms as well.
She heard the voice sigh as the person walked past her to one of the counters to set the gun down. It was a man not too much taller than her with slick black hair, he was wearing a grey button down with a body belt vest, black jeans and boots.
"So if I had to guess you're Caesar?" asked Skylar
"How did you find this place?" he asked while crossing his arms.
"I somehow ended up in the abandoned part of the city, and I saw your name tagged everywhere, and I figured out your little trick. Follow the tags and as they get a lighter shade then that means your getting close" she answered
Caesar smirked "You're a smart one aren't you?"
Skylar shrugged her shoulders, "What can I say"
"Aren't you a little young to be roaming around on your own?" asked Caesar.
"You don't even know how old I am" replied Skylar
"Well how old are you?" he asked
"My age is of no importance to you" she said firmly
Caesar laughed as he put his hands up sarcastically and turning around, "Sorry, didn't mean to intrude in your life"
Skylar cleared her throat, "This helped me get here"
"ahh yes" said Caesar "that was just bought from me like two days ago"
"What is it exactly?" she asked
"I haven't given it a name" he said "but it's basically a human emp"
"A... human emp?" asked Skylar
"Yup, just like a regular emp shuts down all electricity, this doesn't just tase you, it causes your whole body to shut down" he replied
"So that's what it does" Skylar mumbled
"Did you get to see it in action?" he asked
Skylar stared at him, "It was used on me"
"Woah really?" he asked "And how long were you paralyzed for?"
"I mean i wasn't really counting time but maybe for like... a minute?" she replied to him
"Hmm so it might still need some tweaking" he said and he grabbed it out of her hand and taking it back to his desk.
"So, what are you doing here, because I am guessing that you didn't come all this way just to see me" he said
"I came to order a few things from you" Skylar said
"How much money to do you have?" he asked
"As of right now, nothing.." she said
Caesar turned around, "You're kidding right?" He laughed again "You want to buy things from me but with no money, you're a funny girl"
"I need them for a job, I don't get paid until after the job is complete, if your little toys help me out with that then I will give you the payments in full, maybe a little more just for the inconvenience" she said
Caesar slammed his fist onto the counter "toys?"
Skylar didn't mean to push him. "Sorry, not toys"
"You are really bold coming in here and insulting something I poured my whole life into" said Caesar in an angry tone
Skylar sighed "You're right, I apologize"
Caesar relaxed his fist. "I need your work to be able to complete this job, I have already seen what you can do" said Skylar
"Clearly" he said
"I really need this job and you are the only person who i know can help me with this" said Skylar
Caesar stared straight at her face, not sure if he should take her seriously or not, but Skylar did not change her facial expression, she stared right back at him with seriousness in her eyes. The eyes of someone who knows business.
"Alright" he said "you've convinced me"
Skylar relaxed her face
"But if you try to just get stuff from me and not pay me, I will hunt you down and kill you myself" he said
"Don't worry I won't" she said
Caesar turned back to his desk, grabbing a pen and notepad, "So what exactly do you need?"
"Something that can help me get into securities, and help me get past cameras" she answered
"That doesn't really give me much" he said "what exactly is this job?'
"That is none of your concern" she said
"Well then I'll just work with what I got and I'll throw something together" he said
Skylar sighed. "I can come back tomorrow with more information that can help you, if that is what you'll like"
"If you are going to come, at noon would probably be the best time, I'll be busy in the morning" he said
"Sounds perfect to me" said Skylar "I'll be back tomorrow then"
"Perfect"
"One more thing" said Skylar
Caesar gestured for her to continue what she wanted to say.
"I will need these to be done in two weeks" she said "Do you think you can do that?"
"I'll see what I can do" he said with a smile on his face.
"Great" she said. She walked right out the door. Her next stop? David's house.
It was best to go practice with her little toys for a little bit, and get a bit more information for Caesar. What a coincidence that she found someone to help her so quickly after getting hired. She got lucky as well finding someone to make her things before getting paid.
