Cyno sighs. He walks up to the door and knocks. "Tighnari it's Cyno are you home?" Socks was looking at him through the window. The door opened Tighnari poked his head out "hi..." he was pale and looked really ill. "Tighnari?! What's wrong you don't look good." "I'm just fighting a cold." Cyno sighs "that's not a cold stop lying Tighnari." He crossed his arms. Tighnari looked away.
He tries to say something before he could Tighnari collapsed. "TIGHNARI!!" Cyno caught him. "I'm sorry." Tighnari wheezed. Cyno picks him up and takes Tighnari inside. "Your going to be ok Nari." Cyno sits on the couch Tighnari still in his arms. His head resting on Cyno's shoulder.
"I'm sorry you have to see me like this." Tighnari started to cough. 'Oh god not now' he thought to himself. "Nari what's wrong?" Tighnari couldn't answer. He continued to cough until a small amount of blood was coughed up. "Tighnari what's happening?!" Tighnari didn't know what to say. He soon started coughing again. Cyno grabs his phone and calls 911. "911 how can we help you?" "Yes my friend is coughing up blood." "How long has this been happening?" "I-I don't know but he's really pale and he collapsed around 6 minutes ago." "Alright we'll send some people over."
"It's going to be ok Nari." Cyno comforts his friend. Tighnari wheezed again as he mumbles "can you just stay here for a while..." Cyno nods. Socks curls up next to the 2 friends looking at Tighnari with sad eyes.

The paramedics soon arrived at Tighnari's house. Tighnari was semi-unconscious now. "Finally please help him he's not looking to good." The paramedics took Tighnari out of Cyno's arms and put him on a stretcher and then brought him to the ambulance. Cyno grabs his phone to call kaveh to tell him what's happening. "Kaveh pick up please, please"
"Cyno?" "Kaveh thank god." "What happened you sound worried." "I was visiting Tighnari he collapsed then started to cough up blood an-" "WHAT?! HANG ON I'LL MEET YOU AT THE HOSPITAL. ALHAITHAM GET THE KEYS TIGHNARI IN THE HOSPITAL!!" Cyno had to pull the phone from his ear to spear him from Kaveh's yelling.

Tighnari was drifting in and out of consciousness. He had a oxygen mask on. 'Why just why.' He closed his eyes again. He then woke up in the icu. With doctors talking all around him he couldn't hear any of it he just falls back asleep.
Cyno, Kaveh and Alhaitham ran into the room where Tighnari was. The group was incredibly worried. Cyno phone buzzed he picked in up it was nilou calling him he pressed the hang up button. Kaveh was holding back tears. " I knew he was ill but not this ill." Kaveh dried his eyes with a handkerchief he kept in his bag. Alhaitham walks out of the room. "Where's he going?" Cyno looked confused. "He's probably going to the bathroom to cry to save face he doesn't like crying in front of people" Kaveh sighs.
Around 10 minutes Alhaitham walks back to the room he had a water bottle and hids eyes were red. "We get it tough guy." Cyno puts his hand on his shoulder. Cyno looked at tighnari. "What did the doctor say." Kaveh walks up to Tighnari. "I'll go ask." Cyno walked out of the room.
