Cyno looked at his phone. He was looking at a picture of him and Tighnari. "Ugh," he takes a pillow to his face. Cyrus knocked on the door. Cyno looked over the door "come in..." Cyrus opens the door "hey are you ok kiddo?" Cyno sighs. "Tighnari's condition has worsened. His dad said that the doctor's said he has 2 weeks left to live they might take him into surgery to remove the mass in his lungs." Cyrus walked to him and hugs Cyno, "hey kid How many tickles does it take to make an octopus laugh?" Cyno looked confused, "how many?"
"10 tickles!" Cyno sighs and looks away, Cyrus frowns "I'm here to talk Cyno ok." Cyrus got up and walked out. Cyno got ready for bed, as he finished he thought about what his father said. "Maybe I'll go talk with dad," Cyno thought about it for a moment before he got up and went to go find his dad. "Dad?" Cyno said as he looked around. "In the living room!" Cyrus yelled. Cyno walked to the living room Cyrus is sitting on the couch "what do you need kiddo ?" Cyno sighs "can I talk to you?"
"Yeah what's on your mind?" Cyno sits down next to him, "so what's wrong Cyno?" "Is it normal for have feelings for your best friend?" "Oh..." Cyrus stayed silent for a moment. "Well kid I don't really know what to say." Cyrus laughed nervously. Cyno sighs "how do you feel about Nilou now that you have these feelings?" Cyno knew Cyrus was trying his best. "She's nice but I don't have feelings for her that way i really never did I just was lying to myself I guess." Cyno pulls his knees up to his chest. Cyrus pats his back. "I can't tell you what to do kid..." Cyno nods

Cyno rang Nilou's doorbell. "Coming !" Nilou answered the door. "Cyno?" He waved "hey can you come on a walk with me?" "Yeah let me go tell my mom." Nilou walked of to tell her mother that she was going on a walk with Cyno. "Alight now that's done let's go.

"So why did you want to go on a walk with me?" Cyno stayed quiet, "helloo earth to Cyno." Cyno looked over at her. "I wanted to talk." She tilted her head, "about what Cyno?" "About... us." Just say it Cyno get it over with. "Nilou I think I'm gay!!" He then covered his face. Nilou smiled and patted his shoulder. " I thought so." Cyno looked confused
"Me, Deyah and the others all had a suspicion that you were fruity." Cyno blinks a few times. "But hey I'm happy that you came out." She smiles Cyno smiled awkwardly and the two finished their conversation. He got out his car keys to drive to Tighnari's house to say hi to Mr. Avidya and maybe help him out around the house.
He knocked on the door. "Ah Cyno what are you doing here?" Cyno smiles I just want to help around the house given how busy you've been taking care of tighnari." Mr. Avidya chuckled "what a kind kid of course my house is more of a mess than what I like it to be." He let's Cyno inside.
Cyno helped Mr. Avidya clean up his house. Cyno also would go out of his way to pet socks. "Cyno do you want to come with me to the hospital to visit Tighnari." "Uh not right now maybe later. I'm going to finish up a few thing here." Mr. Avidya nods and walked out the front door. Cyno continues to clean. Then he got to Tighnari's room.
He took a deep breath and started to pick up some of the books that were left on the floor. He bumped into the desk and a pice of paper fell on the ground. He bent over to pick it up. He caught a glance of what was on the paper.
His blood ran cold and he dropped the paper and ran to his car.
