Rajeev began his narration of finding the real truth about the daughter and father duo who had managed to fool them with their goody two nature.
Few days back when Rajeev had gone to Pune to uncover the face of the real culprit with Dino and Benisha, he was surprised to find the odd agenda behind the revenge.
One week back
Pune
Dino thanked the restaurant manager who nodded his head with a smile.
As Rajeev and Benisha waited for Dino to come with his information about the man in the photo alongside Ramya on Goa beach.
Dino approached them about the said main aka Ramya's associate - Rakesh.
The trio went in search of Rakesh in his apartment in the city suburb.
The apartment
"...yes?!!..." the old woman glanced to the trio who smiled and showed her the photo.
The old woman adjusted her glasses and welcomed them inside.
As Benisha stood near the door, she heard the old woman talk about Rakesh.
"...Rakesh was a college student. He had come from Trivandrum for his higher studies in the university here...he was a quiet guy...would come and go to the university on weekdays and weekends would just sleep around..."
Upon asking about his family, the old woman tried to remember the mention about it in her initial talk with the man.
"...he did mention about a certain mother and bed ridden sister...but nothing else..."
The old woman further informed them upon asking that Rakesh once had a woman come to his apartment.
Rajeev immediately showed Ramya's photo to which the old woman denied saying that it was a woman in her 40s.
Benisha scrunched her brows on not understanding the way the case was going haywire.
The old woman could only give them the village address of the parents but also informed them that the mother and sister had died during the catastrophic flood in the state few months back which took over thousands of life.
Post that she never saw Rakesh or the lady.
Benisha requested to scavenge through the rented room of Rakesh to find some evidences.
As the trio searched the room, withering the things here and there. They got disappointed at not finding any clues.
