VENATOR CRUISER - RYLOTH SYSTEM - SPACE
Mace Windu and Obi-Wan Kenobi are heading for the gunships in the hanger bay.
Obi-Wan: The first trick will be getting our troops on the ground and rendezvousing with Revan and his men.
Revan had managed to contact the fleet not long after Anakin destroyed the blockade.
Mace: If you take the city of Nabat first, we'll have our landing zone.
Obi-Wan: Well, it's time to meet the natives.
The gunships side doors close and the gunships leave the hanger bay. Obi-Wan then speaks with his men.
Obi-Wan: We need to remember why we're here. We came to aid the Twi'lek's, not destroy their home. Cody.
Obi-Wan steps aside to let the Commander Cody talk to his men.
Cody: That means we'll be taking it back the hard way! Minimal destruction with blasters and droid poppers only! No rockets or detonators. Check your aim, keep an eye out for the locals. Am I understood?
Clones: Sir, yes sir!
Waxer and Boil, two other clones, are whispering to each other.
Boil: (sighs) If we're here to free the tail-heads, the least they can do is get out of our way.
Boil starts he checking over his blaster. Mace Windu's hologram activates in front of Obi-Wan, telling him that his ships are being shot at.
Mace: We can't risk landing the larger transports until you two take out those guns!
Obi-Wan: Pull back! We'll take care of it!
Mace's hologram disappears as the gunship that Obi-Wan and his men are in starts to shake.
Obi-Wan: Who's up for a challenge? We're not getting any reinforcements until those guns are out of commission!
Waxer rolls his eyes as he speaks.
Waxer: Here we go again.
The gunships go in for a landing in an open spot in a forest. The gunships land and the side doors open up letting them off the gunships. They start running through the forest trees when Obi-Wan sense something, he stops running commands his men to stop as well.
Obi-Wan: Hold! There's something in front of us.
They waiting for a few seconds, until they see Revan, Ahsoka and a dozen of his men, walking out from behind the trees. Revan, Ahsoka and his men start walking over to Obi-Wan and his men.
Revan: (sarcastic smile) Not something, more like someone's.
Obi-Wan walks over to Revan and they give each other a hug.
Obi-Wan: It's good to see you alive, my old friend.
Revan: It's good to see you as well.
They both let go as Ahsoka walks over to the two men. Revan and Ahsoka looks as if they've been rolling in dirt.
Obi-Wan: It looks like you've all seen better days.
Ahsoka: Yeah, we haven't had the best time, that's for sure.
Revan: I take it cause your here, your looking to get into the city near by.
Obi-Wan: Your correct, we were heading there now, care to join us?
Revan: (smiles) Absolutely, we'll lead you the way.
