Levi's POV of Eren woohooo

Today was just another day of seeing the new recruits we've received. 

Ugh, a bunch of brats trying to be soldiers. I bet none of them can even properly clean.

I scan the crowd to see how my new soldiers were like. My eyes immediately fall onto two people: a girl with short hair, brilliant and gleaming black eyes, wearing a red scarf and then, for some strange reason, I couldn't help but notice the boy next to her. 

His...green eyes.... and brown hair..... attracted my attention.... and he looked amazing. But.. I've never felt this way towards another man. Why now? Why towards this filthy brat?

I waited until the meeting was over, casually stealing glances towards the girl and the boy. The girl looked at me once or twice but I kept making eye contact with the boy. God, he was adorable yet I couldn't believe I was thinking such things.

I tried to discard thoughts of him and decided to go to bed early. I told the Commander and he let me go. As I was walking to my room, I got so lost into my thoughts that I bumped into something. Or rather someone.

I immediately growl,

"Watch it, soldier." Then I look up to see the cute flustered boy. Damn, I needed to learn his name. 

When he didn't answer, I asked,

"Why are you blushing?" I was generally curious as to why he was blushing. Did the boy maybe like me already? 

No, of course not. Why would he? The boy answered back, well stuttered really,

"Um.. I.. well.. uh... blushing? Me? I'm not blushing.. um.. I'll go to bed." And then he ran off. I smiled once he was out of view and then went to my room.

I couldn't stop thinking about the boy.

And I didn't know why. He was probably so much younger than me. I was so much older and shorter than him..

I got into my bed and thought about how cute the boy would be, holding my hand, and me kissing his lips....

STOP IT. I can't think these things....

I start to think about the girl.. I think I caught her name from Erwin..

Mikasa. That was such a beautiful name. It sounded very oriental as well, but she looked quite mixed. 

I thought about Mikasa now. She was so perfect and beautiful. She was a very good fighter and I heard that she was the top cadet in the 104th Trainee's Squad. 

I drifted off to sleep, wondering if either of them would ever like me back and wondering if I'd ever have to chose between the two of them.
