Chapter -8

Jasmine. POV.

Next day I woke up with a smile on my face. Now I look forward to my dreams with the dragons and this has started since the day I met Max and Mark. I have a feeling that it is Mark and Max who represent Dragons. I am not sure but if they are then I don't know what to do.

I have the whole day for myself and only has to leave for the event at 6:00 pm as the event starts at 7:00 pm.

I got up late and take the nap more than necessary. After waking up I did some cleaning and went out to shop some groceries and other daily necessities which I need. I decided to make myself a wild raspberry custard toast with a glass of Milk and some roasted almonds as side dishes.

After breakfast I checked the office's work and emailed the necessary to Andrea . And then I lazily laud down on my couch to watch some cartoon. I like to watch cartoons as when I was young I was not able to watch much of TV and we were made to read books. I do like books but I also like the tempetation of television.

For the lunch I ate crispy chicken Alfredo. And after eating I also read a new book about life and destiny.  And I also took a nap and got up At 4:00 pm . Then I  started getting ready. I shaed and washed myself thoroughly. I also checked my tattoo on the beach and realised that now the tattoo was so smooth as if it is a part of my skin
. There are no bumps on the skin and this tattoo is shiny. If someone sees it they will think that I am a badass gangster. Our company allows the employees to have tattoos but it should not be visible and should be coverable. How do I tell them this tattoo appeared on me naturally and that I didn't get it done.

After getting ready into my  purple gown ,putting on some make up and wearing all the accessories along with the shoes. I started doing my hair. I put my hair into a bun and I also attached a purple rhinestone butterfly clip on my hair. After I was done I looked at myself in the mirror and saw that I was looking decent. I was 5:45 pm so I quickly took my clutch which was white pearl embellished evening clutch which asko has a golden sling.

Then I left but I didn't realise that walking on this dress would be so difficult. It is not that hard but the cape is restricting my movements. So I gathered the caped in a clutch and picked it up in my one hand and left the house in my car to reach the venue.

When I reach the venue there were so many security personnels. They were checking the Identity card and the invitation and each and every one. After checking they directed me to the parking lot where I was showcased where I will be parking my car. There were also the workers who directed is to the hall where the party was held. When I reached the party hall it was so beautifully decorated. Everyone was wearing beautiful dresses and looking so elegant. The lights were used in the decoration and flowers which was giving it a fairyland vibe. There were also so many round tables on the right side and the middle of the hall was left empty fir the guests to dance and mingle. The left side of the hall had the food in which I was interested. I sat down on a five chair table and started looking through my phone as there was no one I could talk to and I don't want to waste my time mingling other people. Then I saw Andrea she was wearing an off shoulder black gown which has a slit mid thigh. He hair were loose and she was wearing diamond drop earrings. She was looking so mesmerizing.  Her blonde hair and blue eyes were attracting everyone. She was accompanied by a red haired man wearing black three piece suit. His eyes were also brown and they were looking like a power couple. That man had his wrapped around  Andrea as if he was claiming that she was his. He was looking like as if he is the leader of a mafia gang.

I was not intimidated by his presence because I have dealt with people like him. Till the time you don't cross the line they can be the most cheerful person and if you do so then you can imagine your end.
