Chapter -10

Jasmine. POV.

Next day when I woke up my ankle was healed and I know why this happened and it is normal for me because no matter whatever injury I sustain during the fights I always get better.

When I took bath and looked at my back in the mirror I saw that one of the tattoo has turned white . Now I have one black and one white tattoo of dragons covering my whole back and they look exactly the same as the one I see in my dreams. I hope that this doesn't effect me  in a bad manner. Even though I love tattoo but this tattoo on my back has no origin and I don't know whether it is safe or not. I can't go to any doctor because I am afraid I will be out under the knife  and I know it has something to do with my dreams and those twins.

Today the whole company have a day off and I am happy that I can relax. I ate toast and milk for breakfast and then did the washing. I also cleaned my house and took the trash out. Then I packed my dress which I was wearing yesterday to give it for dry cleaning and to also but some daily essentials.

I locked my apartment and left the house wearing white tshirt and grey cargo pants with white sports shoes.  I have oiled my hair and braided my hair into three strands. After giving my dress for dry cleaning I went to the supermarket to buy the things which I need. I bought wet wipes,tissues,some simple medication,groceries ,sanitary napkins,etc. I carried all my things inside inside my car and just when I was about to open my driver door I got a call from Andrea who was inviting me for the lunch at her house. I was free and I agreed. She has already sent me the address to her house.
When I reached her address I saw that it was a small  beautiful lone villa. The driveway was planted with beautiful different flowers which gives off amazing scent as you enter. The gate was automatic and I was able to enter easily. There was a guard who controlled it. I greeted him by waving and then showed me the parking area. On the way I also bought some fruits as I know that Andrea is pregnant and she will need it for her baby.

I am not dressed up because it is Andrea and her husband only so there is no need. And actually I am lazy and before coming here I did tell her about my attire and she said it was just family.

After parking my car I got out with the fruit basket in my hand as I entered the villa with a servant who directed me I heard voices of so many people talking and laughing. And I was right the whole living area was full of ten or twenty people when Andra told me it was just family and here I am standing in front of so many fancy dressed up people looking like a fool. I quickly stepped back and hid as I don't know how to face them with my attire and I don't even have clothes to exchange. The most embarassing this is my oily hair. The servant was also bif embarassed about not giving me heads up. But I mustered up the courage and there is nothing wrong with my clothing. I took a deep breath and entered and when I entered all the voices stopped and they all looked at me. I smiled at everyone and a servant came to whom I gave the basket and then I saw Andrea who was wearing a sky blue summer dress with  sky blue flip flops . She was not wearing any makeup and her hair were let free. Usually in the office I have seen her in formal clothing and this is the first time I am seeing her like this and it is so refreshing.

She came towards me and hugged me and  said

"Thank you Jasmine! For saving me and my baby. I don't know how to thank you enough. "

I also hugged her back and said

"It is my duty to help you and you are also my friend. Amd no need to say thank you otherwise I will not let your baby have an amazing aunt like me. "

She laughed at my response and then introduced me to everyone. They wer Andrea and Christopher's parents, grandparents,siblings and friends. Indirectly her whole family was here and she didn't told me this. I also greeted them all. They all were firstly looking at me intriguely but then got comfortable with me and trust me her family is so nice. I never had a family and to my clan I was just a subject who was ought to do whatever was issued to me by them. I really liked talking to them. One thing about this family is that everyone has drak brown eyes as if it runs in their family . They also asked me about myself and I told them about myself leaving essential details because you can never fully trust anyone. Then I saw Christopher coming from outside  with Max and Mark . They were carrying groceries and when they saw me they were stunned and I saw a full blown smile on the faces of twins.

Christopher came to me and thanked me . I said Welcome and then Andrea made me sit on a three seater sofa. Rest all of the seats were occupied. Andrea sat on Christopher's lap who was holding her close with his hand on her stomach . I think he knows about the baby. Then I saw Mark sitting beside me. I tried to turn to the other end of the sofa to make of room for him but Max sat on the other side and now I was sitting between the two. Everyone gave us knowing smile but was embarassed so I composed myself and treated them as invisible but my blushi g face was giving me away. And from Andrea I got to know that Christopher is twins's cousin. That tells about the brown eyes.

Max was sitting politely but Mark was mischievous. He put his arm behind me on the sofa head and was playing with my hair as if it was natural. I was bit bothered because I am their employee and both of them and their actions tell me that they want something else from me.

Then Andrea's mother told us that she needs help in the kitchen and I was more than happy to do it. I quickly volunteered for help but I got up too quickly and was not able to balance myself due to which I feel straight on Max's la who I don't know when sat on my seat. He held me tightly by the waist. I hurriedly got up and said sorry and literally ran towards the kitchen. Behind I could hear Mark's laugh but I didn't care and ran inside the kitchen to hide my now red face.
