(Eddie's POV)

Today should be a good day, one of promise and excitement. Tori and I have been asked to attend a meet and greet charity event at The Grand Hotel in Downtown. Members of the public can pay to meet with us for a select amount of time, and every penny paid will be donated to a charity of their choice, with our NoStrays and NoAlone charities also included. As well as Tori and myself, the rest of the gang will also be joining us for this meet and greet, in the hopes of attracting more people to the event, thus helping to raise more money for the charities.

"This is gonna be great guys! Just think, we'll get to meet new people all day and answer any questions they may have about our work!" Cat cheers as she, Andre, Tori and I climb out of our black Ranger, meeting Beck, Jade and Robbie, who are already waiting for us in the private hotel parking lot.

"Yeah... so great having snot-nosed kids screaming and drooling perverts staring at us all day. You guys are lucky I even agreed to come along at all. If we weren't doing it for charity, then I'd be outta here" Jade says sourly as she leans against Beck's car, her arms crossed and her face irate.

"Come on Jadey, all those people waiting out front aren't like that at all. They're people who love us all, adore us for the work we do for music and their entertainment. Without those fans, we're nothing. Those people love us, and those many kids could be inspired by us to one day make their own dreams come true. Today isn't just about raising money for these charities. It's also about meeting our fans face to face and helping inspire them and to fill their burning desires to meet their heroes, or their crushes and answer questions they may desperately want to ask, because they're genuinely interested in us" Cat explains in detail to Jade, her voice semi-serious and catching all of us off guard.

"That's... well said Cat" Robbie says in support.

"Come on you guys let's go inside and get ready for our meet and greets" I say, leading the way into the large hotel, where we're all guided through the emptied lobby and into a giant conference room.
There are separate booths for each of us, each equipped with seats and couches for us and our fans to sit in and talk during our meet and greets.
Each of our booths has members of security stationed by them, including mine and Tori's security team and Cat's own security team.

One of the organisers for the charity event informs us that we'll be starting in ten minutes, so the seven of us enter our own booths and make ourselves comfortable, ready to meet our fans.

The ten minutes go by in a flash, and once we're all ready, the main entrance to the hotel is opened, and the countless fans eagerly waiting outside quickly flood into the room, forming long, winding queues in front of each of our booths, ready to meet us.

The first couple of fans in my queue are let through. The two teenage girls who have been desperately trying to grab my attention immediately race towards me, wearing t-shirts with my name and face featured on them.

The girls are completely hyper and overjoyed as they begin with their questions for me. They mainly ask about details about mine and Tori's wedding and our engagement, gushing over the story of my proposal to her. At the end of our meet and greet, I agree for the girls to have photos taken with me, and when they leave, the next fans are allowed through.

As time passes, I meet with various families, groups of friends, and fans of all ages who have paid and donated to various charities just to get the chance to meet me. While some fans are way too excitable and don't seem to know much about personal space, which I suppose is understandable, others are a little more respectful and calmer when I meet them.

After almost three hours of bringing excitement to many people's day, I'm met with a familiar, furry face.
"Well, look who we have here. Hello little girl, hellooo Bella! Who's a good girl?"
I crouch down and excitedly pet the young cockapoo puppy who was recently adopted by a sweet young girl and her family from one of our NoStrays centers, giving this precious animal the loving life she deserves.
And speaking of the sweet young girl...
