Chapter 11

(Tori's POV)

Holy crap, my head is thumping!

I blink my eyes rapidly as they adjust to the brightness of the room, before slowly moving my head around so I can work out my surroundings.
Huh, Eddie's old room. I haven't slept in this room, or in this bed in years. It still feels just as comfy as it did before, which I am currently incredibly thankful for. Nothing in the room has changed either. The same music posters and photo frames still hand on the walls, and the furniture is all in the same place.

Feeling an uncomfortable ache in my back, I struggle to roll over on to my left side, which is when I notice a full glass of water and two tablets, all placed on top of a small piece of paper. I slide the paper out from underneath the tablets and read it.

'Some asprin for your certain headache. Take them and drink, and try and get some more sleep.

I smile at the note, obviously from Eddie, and pop the tablets in my mouth one at a time and swallow, before drinking a majority of the water from the glass.
Once done, I then realise that there is still someone in the bed.
Thinking that it's just Eddie, I carefully roll back over on my back, and then on to my right side.
Eddie is completely covered in the sheets, breathing steadily as he sleeps.
I schooch closer to him and slowly slip my left arm under the covers to wrap around his body. As I do, the part of me which is still half awake, takes notice that I haven't needed to reach my arm over Eddie's large frame so much like I normally have to, and as soon as I touch the smooth and supple skin, it dawns on me. This isn't Eddie.

I swiftly retract my hand and lay once again on my back, once I hear a light, feminine moan.
A girl? But who? As far as I know, everyone ended up staying over for the night, so it's one of four options, but I pray to god that one of them isn't Trina...
I carefully pull back the sheet from covering this girl's head, and I manage to glimpse at their gorgeously tanned skin and light brown hair.

Cat?? Why is she with me in Eddie's bed? And also, where's Eddie?

I go to sit up, and that's when I then realise that I'm not wearing a top. I lift up the covers, and infact, I'm not wearing anything apart from some skimpy underwear. I look back over at Cat, who has now rolled on to her back, and curiosity takes the better of me. I gently lift the sheet from Cat, and my eyes widen in shock. I drop the sheet and freeze. Cat's completely topless too, and I just saw her boobs... completely exposed and free!

Questions keep racing through my head, making it thump harder. I figure that maybe a shower will help me feel a little better, so I carefully remove myself from the bed, making sure not to disturb my friend laying on the other side, and enter the small bathroom attached to the bedroom.
Luckily, a couple of clean towels are already hanging up, which saves me from rummaging around to try and find one, so I jump straight in the shower and try to clear my head.

If I'm honest, I can't remember much of last night after Spin the Bottle. I vaguely remember dancing to a few Rihanna and Beyonce songs, but after that it's all just a blur.
I take a few relaxing breaths in the shower, and once I'm clean and feel refreshed, I turn off the water and step out. I wrap myself in a towel and exit the bathroom, heading over towards the closet which has some spare clothes of mine, but before I can even reach the closet, I barely manage to keep myself standing when I jump at the unexpected sight of Andre asleep on the floor, wrapped in a sleeping bag at the end of the bed.

I scratch my head in confusion. The others must all be sharing the spare room then, because I know that Eddie wouldn't have let anyone sleep in his grandparents old room.
I tiptoe past Andre to the closet, where I slip on some basic purple sweatpants and a black crop top. I then make my way out of the room and down the stairs, where a peculiar smell fills my nose. It's a strange mix of something sweet smelling, as well as a fresh lavender smell and... Vinegar?
