Ever since i offered to help jeongin, chan kept inviting me to his house so innie could have more space to practice. Of course I won't go alone. Hyunjin said that he will accompany me.
"Ahh! did i get it right?" Jeongin asked while feeling frustrated
"Almost, just move your legs a bit more."
"Like this?"
"YESS, keep moving your feet like that." I clapped my hand when he finally move along the beats." You might want to bend a little bit more. Chan hyung could have hit you if he moves to fast."
"Understood."
"No, it's okay. I could change my position to salute." The older said
"If you say so chan."
"You have improved a lot jeongin. Minho hyung will be so proud of you." Said hyunjin tossing a bottle of water to the younger
"Yeah, this will be your last day practicing here. Your dance have been smooth with all the practice you have." Felix announced it with a big smile
The younger sighed. "We only have 3 weeks to go before the show."
"Yeah, how the times fly. Anyway come and have a lunch with me before leaving." Chan said and lead us to the dining room
We took a seat and wait for the food. Chan came with our ramyeon and place it at the middle of the table
"Does any of you want soda?"
"Sure" we said in sync
"Okay I'll be right back." He went to the refrigerator
He came back with sodas in his hands and gave it to each of us. We all started to eat the ramyeon and enjoying each other presence. Except for jeongin, he seems a bit gloomy ever since he mention the show.
"Hey, is something the matter? You know that you can talk to us about it." I said with a worried tone
"It's nothing much just.. wondering" he paused and we wait for him to continue."will we all still be friends after this? You know, we only hangout together because of the show so i was wondering if things will go back to normal as before." He looked down while playing with his food
After he confessed, the room filled with silence and it slowly make jeongin uncomfortable. The thing that he said was true. I've never thought of what would happen after the show. I was too happy with the moments i have with them.
"Of course, yes. We might make a bond through our team work but at the same time we also create a special bond by knowing each other." Chan said while holding jeongin's hand and rub his thumb on it
"I don't think that i can live without any of you. Even me living in this house alone already make me missed you guys." He chuckled at his confession
"Aww, Channie hyung ~" i cooed at my friend
"Sounds cheesy to me but I'm so touched by that." Hyunjin scrunched his face but chuckled after
"I'm happy to have you guys." Jeongin mumbled slowly. Chan and hyunjin was too focus on their conversation to hear it but luckily, i could hear it clearly because i sat beside him
3rd person's (the next day at Minho's house)
All of them received a message from minho telling them to meet at his house and now they were sitting at the couch in the living room.
"So... what's up?" Changbin asked the older after being quiet for 15 minutes
Minho sighed before raised his head to look at them.
"I've got a bad news for us." He finally said after hesitating from the beginning
"And that is?" Chan asked curiously
"The date of the competition was shortened to next week." Minho make an eye contact with chan
Everyone gasped at the announcement. Knowing that the date was shortened making them worried because none of them were prepared. Chan sighed and asked
"May i know why?"
"The organiser said that it would distract the students from their study since the upcoming tests were approaching." Minho explained
Everyone just sat in quiet not knowing what to say anymore.
"Are we just going to sit here and do nothing? Shouldn't we go and practice?" Jeongin suddenly stood up from his seat
All eyes were on him. Surprised by the burning passion in the younger's eyes and it makes everyone regain their energy and stood up as well.
They all walking to the practice room with a load cheers.
Day after day they practice evening till night. They also take care of their diet so that they are free from getting sick.
They also make preparations for the performance such as their costumes and hairstyles. Some of them colour it with hair spray and some of them just prefer it natural. They also decided to let Felix to do their makeup since the Australian have some experience with it.
"YAHH! You guys better do well tomorrow or i will shove tissues down your throat." Minho threatening them while laying on the cold floor
They all just laughed at his comment but they do realized that Minho was being serious about wanting to win this. After all, he have been putting so much effort for the show. He refused to go back with empty hand.
They decided to take an early leave because all of them wish to have some extra rest for the big event tomorrow.
(No matter how many times i told myself to sleep, i can't bring myself to do it)
